ጉዳዩ፦ "የጽዱ ዶርም" ፕሮጀክት መጀመርን ማሳወቅ
የተማሪዎች ኅብረት የጠቅላላ አገልግሎት ዘርፍ የተማሪዎችን የመኖርያ አካባቢ ምቹና ጤናማ ለማድረግ ታልሞ በተቀረጸው "የጽዱ ዶርም" ፕሮጀክት ከነገ ጀምሮ በይፋ ስራ ይጀምራል። በመሆኑም ሁሉም ተማሪዎች የሚከተሉትን ነጥቦች አውቃችሁ ተግባራዊ እንድታደርጉ እናሳስባለን፡-
የጽዳት ግዴታ፦ እያንዳንዱ ተማሪ የሚኖርበትን የመኝታ ክፍል (Dormitory) በየቀኑ የማጽዳትና የመንከባከብ ኃላፊነት አለበት።
የክትትል ስራ፦ የኅብረቱ የጠቅላላ አገልግሎት ዘርፍ ከዩኒቨርሲቲው የሚመለከታቸው አመራሮች ጋር በመሆን በየዕለቱ ድንገተኛና መደበኛ የክትትል ስራዎችን ያከናውናል።
አስተዳደራዊ እርምጃ፦ በተደረገው የክትትል ስራ ወቅት የዶርሙን ጽዳት ባልጠበቀና ቸልተኛ ሆኖ በሚገኝ ተማሪ ላይ የዩኒቨርሲቲውን መመሪያ ተከትሎ አስፈላጊው የዲሲፕሊንና የአስተዳደር እርምጃ የሚወሰድ ይሆናል።

The Students' Union General Service Affairs, in its commitment to ensuring a healthy and conducive living environment, is officially launching the "Clean Dorm" project starting tomorrow. Therefore, all students are strictly required to adhere to the following directives:
Sanitation Duty: Every student is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and hygiene of their assigned dormitory room daily.
Daily Inspection: The General Service Affairs, in collaboration with the concerned University management bodies, will conduct daily inspections to ensure standards are met.
Administrative Measures: Any student found neglecting the cleanliness of their dormitory or failing to comply with the project standards will face necessary disciplinary and administrative actions as per the University’s legislation.
