I went and checked my knee, it turns out I have a second-degree meniscus injury, apparently an old injury.
It doesn't hurt, but they promised me that it would start soon😂 They didn't forbid physical activity, but I will take care of my knee and do preventive measures🥰

i decided to read (or finish) all the paper books i have. some i got as gifts or took when someone moved. there are not many of them, you can see most of them when i stream from my bed, but i have only read half of that pile🥰
