After Francisco Partners (FP) acquired NSO Group in 2014, they set up a Business Ethics Committee (BEC) to oversee Pegasus sales and gave it veto power.

In 2017, FP hired Beacon Global Strategies (BGS) founder Jeremy Bash to serve on the BEC. Bash is currently a top intelligence adviser for Joe Biden and served as CIA Chief of Staff under Leon Penetta.

Bash’s BGS firm is littered with veteran swamp creatures, including two former CIA Directors and current Board Chair of the Rockefeller Foundation. In effect, FP hired a group of ex-CIA officials to oversee the sale of Pegasus to different regimes around the world.

But this is what they don’t want anyone to know:

Despite flat denials that Bash and the BEC advised against selling Pegasus to Saudi Arabia, they chose NOT to veto the sale. In fact, a known CIA asset brokered the Pegasus-Saudi deal in July 2017 and even admitted to press (under a pseudonym) that he circumvented Israeli authorization to do so.

Talked about Jay Bratt, the current DOJ Chief of Counterintelligence, last week. Here he is being touted as some unbiased justice official taking on Trump. Axios even highlights Bratt's work under David Laufman (who hates Trump with a passion) in the Manafort / Flynn cases.

"Laufman, who hired Bratt as his deputy while he was leading CES, said Bratt provided valuable counsel in deciding to require two of Trump's former aides, Paul Manafort and Michael Flynn, to obtain "foreign agent" registrations."

Meanwhile, Hunter Biden gets a hall pass from DOJ for a string of egregious and blatant FARA violations.. and much more.

The whole thing is a charade. The endless investigations / prosecutions of Trump are being led by the next wave of officials who served under those originally responsible for spying on his campaign. The DOJ, FBI, CIA, and more need to be decentralized from DC, or just completely disbanded.

On April 16, 2016, Seth Rich began experiencing problems with his coworkers at the DNC. These problems boiled over on April 25, 2016, when his boss (Pratt Wiley) yelled and cussed at him in front of the entire department. Pratt even joked on a call about dropping him in a heartbeat from his job. Seth tried to broach the issue because things weren’t working and even mentioned that he felt like he was "walking around with a target on his back."

I'm sure he felt like no one was listening to him.

On April 18, 2016, just two days after Seth started running into problems at work, the DNC was allegedly "hacked". At least according to the Mueller Report.
