I wanted a queen size bed with railing for Hailey's bedroom, but couldn't find one. So our carpenter who did our kitchen cabinets build one for her. It was made of plywood (so it's cheaper) and it was spray painted white. I requested to add a piece was plywood at the base of the bed so the mattress would not be sitting on the floor. He gave us a huge disc and we paid only RM600 for this. I did not pass on his contact because he did it as a favour for us. Sharing the dimensions and design here (ours is for a queen size mattress) if you want to get a local carpenter to build one for you.
*always double check the size of your mattress before ordering a frame! Diff brands sizes may vary.

We have this that projects 8 fairy tales and it doubles up as a torchlight (shines like a moon). Most of the time, we make up our own story base on what we see on each slides. We'll sit on the bed and project it on the wall. Hailey enjoys it :)
