- chest tube with an underwater seal (three holes - one valve system)
- Abdominal Exposure should be from nipple to mid thigh
واذا مكدرنا نشوف ال genitalia
we should ask about it
If there is testicular swelling

Mallroy weiss syndrome

boerhaave syndrome
المالوري ويز عند الي يصير عدهم severe vomiting يصير ulceration in the mucosa of the esophagus
*تسبب hematemesis بس بالبداية يكون نورمل فومتنك بعدين يلة يصير اكو دم
بورهافز سندروم هي نوع من الesophageal perforation
يسموها همين (barotrauma of the esophagus)
هاي همين تصير بسبب الsevere vomiting (اكو اسباب ثانية اليحب يشوفها بالمصدر) بس ديصير rupture in all layers of the esophagus
**المرضى الي يصير عدهم بورهاف سندروم حيصير عدهم surgical emphysema

هذا الincision مال Appendictomy الحلو بي هو muscle splitting (not cutting) بس مشكلته هي complication of infection.
هسة مثلاً عدنا هذا المريض بردهة الجراحة رجال (الي ناشر صورة بطنه)
Chief complaint → Discharge from surgical site for 10 days
• Appendectomy قبل 13 يوم
• yellowish dischaege من مكان العملية بدأ اليوم الثالث بعد الجراحة واستمر 10 ايام.
• Localized pain in RIF ---> Radiate to his midline
• Fever + sweating post-op.
Significant Systemic review, UGN: dysuria, dark - coloured urine
ف اهم تشخيص نفكر بي post op بهاي الحالة هو :
