- chest tube with an underwater seal (three holes - one valve system)
- Abdominal Exposure should be from nipple to mid thigh
واذا مكدرنا نشوف ال genitalia
we should ask about it
If there is testicular swelling

المالوري ويز عند الي يصير عدهم severe vomiting يصير ulceration in the mucosa of the esophagus
*تسبب hematemesis بس بالبداية يكون نورمل فومتنك بعدين يلة يصير اكو دم
بورهافز سندروم هي نوع من الesophageal perforation
يسموها همين (barotrauma of the esophagus)
هاي همين تصير بسبب الsevere vomiting (اكو اسباب ثانية اليحب يشوفها بالمصدر) بس ديصير rupture in all layers of the esophagus
**المرضى الي يصير عدهم بورهاف سندروم حيصير عدهم surgical emphysema
