Have malignant potenial,
Seen in women aged between 25-50yrs
And associated with use of oral contraceptive pills
مشكلتها الثانية هي
Liable for rupture --> Hemoperitoneum

Malignant
1- Hepatocellular Carcinoma (Hepatoma)
Risk factor: HBV & HBC
Ix: S. a-fetoprotein (AFP)
زين على شنو يعتمد الprognosis؟
Good prognosis:
Low stage tumor
Encapsulated
Solitary lesion
Tumor size < 5 cm
Fibrolammelar variant
No cirhosis
No vascular invasion



2- Cholangiocarcinoma
Risk factor: benign primary sclerosing cholangitis

Portosystemic Anastomosis
إذا جان عندي مشكلة باللفر مثل portal HTN واي شي يسويلي backflow شراح يصير نتيجة هذا الانستموسس؟
1- Left gastric V - azygous V
راح يسوي esophageal varices
وهاي اخطر وحدة لان متنشاف بالعين مثل الثنين الجوة
ولان معرضة ليصير rupture بالveins ف يسويلي bleeding
شلون يصير الrupture؟
يا اما من ياكل اكلة خشنة او وحدها spontaneously ,
It carry high mortality rate

2- super-middle/inf rectal
راح يسوي Hemorrhoids

3- Paraumbilical - inf epigastric
راح يسوي caput medusae

Signs of inflammation:
Rubor-calor-tumor-dolor - funstionalesa

1- Redness (Rubor)
2- Hotness (Calor)
3- Swelling (Tumor)
4- Pain (Dolor)
5- Loss of Function (Functio laesa)
