I recommend you choose those buildings for which you can easy make photos from all sides around. And to get the best result I recommend you to walk twice around the building during one process. This will give us more pictures and create the better detailed and correct reconstruction.

Walk around a building (monument) 2 times. If you intend to scan an object from one side only - do 2 walks along this side.
Walk slowly, often rotating the phone to shoot every point from different angles.
