ሰላም የሰንሴት ሃይኪንግ ቤተሰቦች በሳምንታት ልዩነት ሁለት ጉዞዎችን ወደ ሱባ ደን አድርገናል። በዚህም አብዛኛው አባሎቻችን ሰውነታቸው እንደደከመ አጭር ርቀት መጓዝ እየተቸገሩ አስተውለናል። እንደዚህ አይነት የእግር ጉዞ ለማድረግ ስንነሳ በአካባቢያችን ቀለል ያሉ የአካል እንቅስቃሴዎችን በማድረግ ሰውነታችንን ለእግር ጉዞ ዝግጁ ማድረግ ይገባል። በተረፈ በዚህ ጉዞ አብራችሁን ለተጓዛችሁ እያመሰገንን። አዲስ የተቀላቀሉን የሰንሴት ሃይኪንግ አባላት ያጋሩንን አስተያየት sami እንዲህ አዘጋጃቸው እኛም ልናጋራችሁ ወደደን።
