Protein π― and I put cheese on it as well. Ahh, so good! Good morning from the sunny side of the worldβοΈ Eating healthy is an act of loving yourself! It means you actually care about your well-being. #selfcare #breakfast
Something to remember that abuse is not just physical. It can be emotional, mental, and verbal. There are many forms of abuse. But itβs good to have an idea of how they look like π‘ Choosing a partner is a very difficult decision that might cause you a lot of pain when spent with the wrong person especially when you are already married. Be aware of the signs. Thatβs one way of taking care of yourself. #selfcare
I havenβt written a blog post in so long.. I am clueless what to do at the moment. So many stressful triggers are popping out randomly. But it will be all right.

Grilling some bacon π₯ last 15.12.2020
2020 is coming to an end. This year has been absolutely hard for most of us. So many people have lost their jobs & with people who have mental health issues, I am sure it is harder.
As I review this year, I am no exception to this except that I have a job (which I am grateful for but I might let go soon).
However, my mental health and my physical health issues have been my greatest battles this year.
Normally, I donβt talk about these stuffs with family or friends. When I do, some people listen, some donβt or dismiss it as if it were that easy.
Looking at the bright side tho, I am thankful that this year:
- I started my blog (link here)
- I have been in a therapy
- I have friends & family
- I have my cats: Corona and Satoshi
- Even tho, I have no more interest in my job & I rarely went to work a week ago, I still got a high performance
- Got some Christmas bonus
- I have some gains from cryptocurrency ( but I also lost some because of that Ripple SEC lawsuit π)
- Got my own personal blender
- Visited places before the pandemic
- Knowing myself better
- Buying my first longboard πΉ
- Meeting new people
and more things that I hold special in my heart and that I share with special people in my life.
Most importantly:
I donβt compare myself to anyone. Stoicism has helped me a lot when it comes to this. In the end, what is important is values.
These are the values I strive for:
1.) Kindness
2.) Generosity
3.) Reasonable
4.) Humble
5.) Loyalty
6.) Temperance
7.) Reliable
8.) Calm
9.) Self-reliance
10.) Patience
I hope to work on them more next year.
So as much as 2020 sucks for a lot of reasons, there are also many good things that happened this year.
I know it is hard to notice them because just like an empty clean paper, once you write a dot on it, all you see is that dot no matter how tiny it is.
Therefore, noticing good things takes practice. Mindfulness helps here.
I hope 2021 will be a better year. If not, well letβs roll with the punches the best that we can.
Thanks for being here,
Yaki

Donβt get comfortable. Just because youβre doing well today doesnβt mean youβll stay that way.
Prepare ahead.
Prepare ahead.
When a girl gets raped, some people are still stupid enough to believe it has something to do with what she wears, sheβs drunk, or sheβs been hanging out with boys. Men should be taught instead with self-control and RAPE IS RAPE AND IT IS WRONG. Shame on those victim-blaming people.
Teach your son, your brother, your father, or whoever men you know that RAPE IS WRONG NO MATTER THE CONTEXT.
