⏳ Uzbekistan in the next 15 years!
Uzbekistan is evolving fast as we see. Just a few years ago we were using low-speed internet and begging for Uzbek platforms. However, there are always that we must be aware of and take precautions about. Today, I'd like to explain to you the next 15 years of Uzbekistan based on my expertise.

Before talking about the future ahead, let me talk about the fears I feared most up to this time. When the war has begun in Ukraine, I thought that activists in our will start doing their thang whereas we will have 50/50 chances to get sanctioned and losing access to everything even open source cuz most of our people are from the USSR period and they are likely to support Russia! Why even Open Source? Just as an example, look at Russians and ask yourselves like, why they didn't get sanctioned on FLOSS. Russians have a very huge impact on Open Source whether lots of popular tech thingies are being maintained by Russians, meaning, open source can't refuse them. However, in our case, they can. Uzbek people have done nothing but only blog and todo apps on open source. I convinced my CEO to do Open Source cuz I predicted that if Uzbekistan gets blocked from the FLOSS, Uzinfocom will still have access to Open Source cuz we as an organization had some amount of impact on it by that time. However, our governmental authorities kept their neutral position for our good and we haven't gotten sanctioned yet.

Now let me tell you about my other fears...

Uzbekistan in the next 1-5 years.
As we are striving to become IT Hub in Central Asia, we will keep letting lots of foreign companies base in our country. There will be lots of vacancies for people to work and the number of unemployed people will decrease. This is good at some point. However, in the IT sphere, there will be lots of competition. I guess, the salary of back, front and full-stack developers will decrease at some point due to high competition and I expect a dramatic rise in the number of developers skilled in interpreted programming languages & scripting languages like JavaScript & Python. Creating websites won't be a problem for school boys cuz everyone will have at least a basic understanding of HTML & CSS. Server? Even kids will be able to host their web pages using existing PaaS services. Doing web things will become more'n'more easy thanks to evolving PaaS platforms.

Uzbekistan in the next 5-10 years.
This is where everything starts getting tougher and more dangerous. As we are welcoming foreign companies with their employers, those companies will start taking over our jobs & country which will lead to the humiliation of local employees. Later, Uzbek people will be used as black workers at all cuz all local biased companies will be demolished by big tech companies in Uzbekistan by earning our people's trust. We won't have any local products and foreigners won't let us manage theirs but make us work for them. I believe that in that period, many coders will be fired due to stable improvement of AI services and the percentage of unemployment will start going back to its starting point at "1-5 years progress".

Uzbekistan in the next 10-15 years.
In that period, we will have 2 kinds of endings based on cases. If...

1. We will take action on third-party companies and somehow keep them limited by letting our local companies grow, Uzbek progress will be able to catch up with outer companies. In way too far future, even if we will get sanctioned, we will be able to live on our own and rely on our own experience.

2. If our governmental system will let them do anything, in the end, we will reach the point where third-party companies will be able to viciously impact our constitution. This will be the beginning of the cruel ending for the Uzbek people. Even governmental authorities won't be a match for them, because if the government shuts down any of them, our people will go against our government. Uzbek people will depend on them like human depends on air and our people won't be able to refuse them.
