اتنفسو كويس لأنو بعد شوية حتفكرو في كل نفس بتتنفسوه🌬🌚
والليلة حنتكلم عن البالونات الجوانا 🎈
ال Lungs 🫁
●وهي عبارة عن عضو soft &spongy and elastic بتكون قاعدة لينا في الthoracic cavity 🩻 وبتكون ممتدة لحد ما الapex حقها يصل لينا الNeck .
●حنلقى شوية حاجات منها:
□فيها تقعر إسمو hilum ودا بمر من خلالو الbronchi والvesslesالجاية من الheart والماشة ليهو وغااايتو 🥱
□وفي الlower end عندنا projection خفيف كدا إسمو lingula ودا شي كافي عشان تدل لينا على شكلو البشبه اللسان👅
□وطبعا ما ننسى الحتة البقعد فيها حبيبنا الheart 🫀واللي هي الcariac notch.
●طبعا هم إتنين لكن كل واحدة فيهم مختلفة عن التانية .. طيب أرح نشوفهم👀
1.Right lung
ودي عشاااان هي يمين فربنا بمبارك فيها👳♂
فهي أكبر نسبيا من أختها دا غير أنو عندها three lobes[upper,middle,lower]
وبالتالي عندها two fissures[oblique , horizontal] وديل بفصلو بين الlobes😉

طيب هي شنو بالضبط؟🤔 أرح نشوف
●طيب .. هي عبارة double layered membrane بكون مغلف لينا الlungs 🫁
●تعال معاي نشوف الlayers ديل هم منو
1. Parietal:
ودي بتكون مبطنة لينا ال thoracic cavity من جوا من الdiaphram ماشي بيها لحد the root of neck 🧑🦯
_ودا بكون قادر يحس بالألم😢
2. Visceral:
ودي من أسمها بنفهم أنها دي الطبقة اللصيقة بالlungs🫁 وبتكون مغطياها لينا كل بل بصل بيها أنها بتمتد لحد ما تصل للinterlober fissures
_ودا بكون بحس بالتمدد لكن ما بحس بالألم😶
□الطبقة دي بتكون أخف(thinner) من أختها
●وبما أنهم two layers معنها بيناتهم مسافة واللي هو الpleural cavity ودي حنلقى فيها capillaries بالإضافةةلأنو فيها fluid 💦
ووظيفتو أنو يخلي لينا الطبقتين ديل يتحركو smoothly ويمنع الإحتكاك أثناء عملية ال respiration 🌬+يعمل توتر سطحي فيخليهم قريبين من بعض👆☝️

قسمو الparietal pleura على حسب الregion الي هي بتبطنها واللي هم
○1.cervical pleura
و بسموها برضو cupula وسموها كدا لأنها بتشبه الكباية ☕️ ودي بتكون واصلة لحد الroot of neck
○2.Costal pleura
ودي من أسمها فهي بتكون مبطنة لينا الribs وواصله لحد الback of sternum
⚡️Nerve supply:intercostal nerves
○3.Mediastinal pleura
ودي بتكون لينا الحدود لل mediastinal البكون قاعد فيهو الheart🫀
⚡️Nerve supply:phrenic nerve
○4.diaphragmatic pleura
ودي برضو من إسمها (أخيرا ناس الأناتومي بدو يحسو بينا 😭) بتدل على أنها بتكون مغطية لينا الdiphragm

اول حاجه هو شنو و فيهو شنو؟🤔
ببساطة هو
sternum + rib + thoracic vertebrae + muscles
🛑ينقسم الي :-
1-Thoracic inlet:-
Boundaries:فيهو
a_anterior (suprasternal notch of the manubrium sterni )
b_on each side ( frist rib)
c_postrior (frist thoracic vertebrae)
2-Thoracic cavity
3-Thoracic outlet :-
Boundaries:🫥
a-anterior ( xiphoid process)
b-on each side (lower six costal cartilages + last 2 rib)
🛑نبدا اولا☝️ بالsternum:-
وتتكون من ثلاثة أجزاء:-
a_manubrium.
b_body.
c_xiphoid process.
📎كسره... عندنا ال sternal angle يلا دي الحته بين ال manubrium و ال body عن طريقها بنحدد حاجات كتيره😉 :
2 bone (scond rib and fourth thoracic vertebrae) .
2 beginning ( aortic arch and descending thoracic aorta).
2 termination (aortic arch and arch of azygos vein into SVC ) .

العضلات دي بتكون موجوده في الintrecostal space هو المسافه بين two ribs و بهذا في:

✨نشوف intercostal muscles ال هي ثلاثه طبقات
1-outer layer :
فيها external intercostal muscle

●بطلع لي من الintervertebral foramen
ااي ياها زاتها البكون فيها الspinal cord.
🚶♀️🚶♀️* وبجري في الintercostal space وبمشي بين الposterior intercostal membrane( ياهو نهايه internal intercostal muscle ) .
🚶♀️🚶♀️🤭بعدها يمشي بين الinternal وinnermost intercostal muscle في الcostal groove
