1_ بالنسبة للملابس ضروري يكون لبسكم رسمي الدكاترة يقدسون االلبس الرسمي
(و بالنسبة للولد لو تلبسون ربطة بعد احسن)

2_ الاظافر قصوا اضافركم سواء ولد او بنية ( و البنات ضروري ضروري تمسحون الصبغ😂)

3_ الحذاء ( بالنسبة للولد و البنات لازم يكون حذاء مسدود مغطي كل القدم )

4_ بالنسبة للبنات غير المحجبة لازم تلفون شعركم اثناء الفحص لان تتحاسبون اذا شعر مفلول و يطاير اثناء الفحص

5_ اخر شي اتأكوا من كل ادواتكم
( ساعة ، سماعة ، جهاز ضغط رئبقي ، محرار زئبقي ، همر ، شريط قياس، تورچ، باج ، كحول صغير ، باكيت كلينس صغير ، قلم حبر ازرق او اسود ، + مساطر اثنين بالنسبة لجماعة باطنية + زايلوكاين مخدر للركتل اكزام + كلوفز )

((دفتر صغير و يفضل كلشي ممكتوب بيه او اوراق بيض علمود حسابات النسائية ))
بس هالفقرة ممتأكد منها 🥲

_ الكحول و الكلينس حتى تعقمون ايدكم قبل الفحص + الكلينس حتى تمسحون محرار من تعقموه بالكحول .

Sutures

= What are the different types of sutures?
انواعهم حسب حاجه الاستخدام
مثلا الabsorbable اكيد نستخدمه لل viscera وال non لل external incisions وهيج

Absorbable or non-absorbable
natural or synthetic
monofilament or Polyfilament

• Absorbable —> PDS (polydioxanone) , vicryl
• Non-absorbable —> Steel, prolene, nylon & silk
• Natural —> Silk
• Synthetic —> Vicryl & PDS
• Monofilament —> PDS & prolene
• Polyfilament/ braided —> Vicryl & silk

= How are sutures broken down?

• Proteolytic digestion (e.g. catgut)
• Hydrolysis (e.g. vicryl)

انواعهم حسب ال size :
(e.g. 5/0, 4/0, 3/0 etc.)

= What makes a good suture material?
حتى اكول هذا ال suture هو ideal لازم :

•All purpose
يعني
can be used for all types of surgery
• Easy to handle
• Predictable behaviour in tissues
• Maintain adequate tensile strength
• Minimal tissue reaction
• Holds securely
• No memory
الميموري يعني مثلا فد suture معين هو بنيته straight انو مابي elasticity هواي وخيطت بي بشكل curved فهذا رح يرجع straight ورا ما خطيت بي ويخرب شكل ال incision

• Inexpensive
• Easily sterilised
• Predictable performance
• Has highbreaking strength
• Inert (non-electrolytic, non-shrinkage ,non-capillary, non-allergenic and non- carcinogenic)

Needles

= How are needles classified?
انواعها حسب ال shape او ال type او ال effect

Shape:
- Straight
- Curved
- J shaped
- Compound curve

Type:
• Round-bodied needles —> used in soft tissues
• Cutting needles —> used in tough or dense tissues
• Intestinal
• Heavy
• Blunt taper point
• Blunt point
• Tapercut
• Conventional cutting
• Reverse cutting

Effect:
• Traumatic needles – Needles with holes or eyes, designed to puncture through tissue e.g. aneurysm needle.

Eye of needle —> at the tip to facilitate collection of CSF or injection of therapeutics

• Atraumatic needles – This eyeless needle ( blunt tip ) and have a side port for injection or collection
