omfort is a drug that weakens your spirit. To stay sharp you must practice voluntary hardship. Take a cold shower. Quit coffee. Fast for twenty four hours. Sleep on the floor once a month. You need to remind your body that it can survive without luxury. If you're not afraid of discomfort you're not afraid of anything. That's the path to a happy life.
i’ll cut somebody off over anything like why tf did you miss that job interview when you don’t have a job?????

You owe yourself at least one hour a day. Just one hour that’s only for you.

Read. Write. Dance. Paint. Lift weights. Go for a walk. Learn something new. Do anything that makes you feel alive.
In case you forgot, you’re still young. You’re not behind. You’re not late. You’re not failing at life because you don’t have a five-year plan color-coded in your notes app. Nobody actually knows what they’re doing some people are just better at pretending. You’re allowed to be confused. You’re allowed to change your mind. You’re allowed to outgrow the version of you that thought you had it all figured out at 20.
The fun you need in your life:

A project that excites you to wake up. Trips that change how you see the world. A special person who loves you as you are. Workouts that push you to your limits. Moments of silence that bring clarity. Wins that no one claps for but means the world to you.
I fell in love with this realization:

You can desire someone deeply and still decide they’re not aligned. Chemistry is powerful. But character decides longevity. Attachment whispers, “don’t lose them.” Discernment asks, “Is this sustainable?” Growth is choosing the second voice even when the first one is louder.
Take PRIDE in how you present yourself:

Your posture, looks, and body language say a lot about you. Stretch every morning, slow down when walking, look well put together, smell good, smile with your eyes, make eye contact, enter every room with confidence. This is a sign of good health.

The halo effect is very real.
You can learn anything in 2 weeks.

You can't master it, obviously, but if you obsess over it, you can become better at it than most people ever will. You'd be surprised how fast your life can change when you understand this.
I dare you to have the audacity to want more: a better life, more money, recognition, free time. This isn’t delusional, it’s necessary.
Disappear to build yourself in private. Nobody cares. Nobody. Avoid people who lower your vibe. And never chase people. Play dumb if you have to, to protect your energy. Trust your gut. Be patient with yourself. Limit your access. Trust me, once you decide you want a good life, people appear, doors open, and miracles light up your life. Sometimes... growth is learning to be alone.
Uncommon Advice:

If you don't know what to pursue in life right now, pursue yourself.

Pursue becoming the healthiest, happiest, most healed, most present, most confident version of yourself.

Then the right path will reveal itself.
