BETTER THAN One Thousand Months 💫

"What will explain to you what that Night of Decree is? The Night of Decree is better than a 1,000 months."

To put that into context:
Laylatul Qadr= 1000 months

1,000 months = at least 29,000 days (which is 696,000 hours)

So, if 1 night = 10 hrs; then (this may change according to where you live, but you get the gist)

1 hr of Laylatul Qadr = 2900 days ( 6960 hours)

1 min of Laylatul Qadr = 48.3 days!!

1 min of worship in laylatul Qadr is BETTER than 48.3 days..

Can you afford to miss it!?

Ibn abee Shaybah narrated with a strong chain of narration from Āishah (may Allah be pleased with her) that she said, “If I knew which night Laylat ul-Qadr was, I wouldn’t ask Allah for anything but al-Āfiyah.”

Ibn al-Qayyim رحمه الله said in Shifāa al-Aleel (111), “The Lord is not asked for something more beloved to Him than al-Āfiyah, because it is a comprehensive word (used) to rid oneself of all evils and their causes.”

Ibn al-Qayyim (rahimahullah) said:

The best of those who do any action are those who remember Allāh the most whilst performing it.

The best of those who fast are those who remember Allāh the most whilst fasting.

The best of those who give charity are those who remember Allāh the most.

The best of those who perform the Hajj are those who mention Allāh the most.

The same applies to the rest of the actions.

The nobility of a Muslim is in performing the prayer in the darkness of night and not being desperate for what is in the hands of the people (i.e. their possessions)
