⁨ اللَّهُمَّ إِنَّكَ عَفُوٌّ تُحِبُّ الْعَفْوَ فَاعْفُ عَنِّي⁩

Whether you were sitting, driving your car, waiting for the night prayer, or other than that, do not be distracted from this supplication.

أَمَّن يُجِيبُ الْمُضْطَرَّ إِذَا دَعَاهُ وَيَكْشِفُ السُّوءَ وَيَجْعَلُكُمْ خُلَفَاءَ الْأَرْضِ ۗ أَإِلَٰهٌ مَّعَ اللَّهِ ۚ قَلِيلًا مَّا تَذَكَّرُونَ

Is He [not best] who responds to the desperate one when he calls upon Him and removes evil and makes you inheritors of the earth? Is there a deity with Allah? Little do you remember.

يا رب😭😭😭❤️

تُحْسِنُ فِيمَا بَقِيَ ، يُغْفَرُ لَكَ مَا مَضَى وَمَا بَقِيَ.”

"do good in whatever ( from Ramadan) remains, and you will be forgiven for what has passed and what remains.”

"اللهم إنك عفو تحب العفو فاعف عنا"

رب اني لما انزلت الي من خير فقير

“my Lord, I’m in dire need of whatever good you may send to me"

‏اذكروا من تُحبَّون من الأحياء والأموات بصالح الدَّعوات.

“Remember those you love—both the living and the dead—with sincere/good prayers.”

⁨ اللَّهُمَّ إِنَّكَ عَفُوٌّ تُحِبُّ الْعَفْوَ فَاعْفُ عَنِّي⁩

ادعوا اللهَ عَزَّ وَجَلَّ وأنتم موقنونَ بالإجابةِ واعلموا أنَّ اللهَ عَزَّ وَجَلَّ لا يستجيبُ دعاءَ مَن قلبُه لاهٍ

“Call upon Allah, the Mighty and Majestic, while being certain of the response, and know that Allah, the Mighty and Majestic, does not answer the supplication of a heart that is distracted.”

‏⁧الشيخ الخثلان⁩: سبع صيغ للاستغفار ينبغي للمسلم أن يحرص عليها وينوع بينها: Sheikh Al-Khathlan: Seven forms of seeking forgiveness that a Muslim should be keen to recite and vary between:

١. أستغفر الله وأتوب إليه. I seek forgiveness from Allah and repent to Him.

٢. أستغفر الله الذي لا إله إلا هو الحي القيوم وأتوب إليه. I seek forgiveness from Allah, besides whom there is no deity, the Ever-Living, the Sustainer, and I repent to Him.

٣. رب اغفر لي وتب علي إنك أنت التواب الغفور. My Lord, forgive me and accept my repentance. Indeed, You are the Accepter of repentance, the Most Forgiving.

٤. سيد الاستغفار: اللهم أنت ربي لا إله إلا أنت، خلقتني وأنا عبدك وأنا على عهدك ووعدك ما استطعت، أعوذ بك من شر ما صنعت، أبوء لك بنعمتك علي، وأبوء بذنبي فاغفر لي فإنه لا يغفر الذنوب إلا أنت.
The chief of seeking forgiveness: O Allah, You are my Lord, none has the right to be worshipped except You. You created me and I am Your servant, and I abide by Your covenant and promise as best I can. I seek refuge in You from the evil of what I have done. I acknowledge Your favor upon me, and I confess my sins, so forgive me, for none forgives sins except You.

٥. رب إني ظلمت نفسي ظلماً كثيراً ولا يغفر الذنوب إلا أنت فاغفر لي مغفرةً من عندك وارحمني إنك أنت الغفور الرحيم. My Lord, I have wronged myself greatly, and none forgives sins except You, so forgive me with a forgiveness from You and have mercy on me. Indeed, You are the Most Forgiving, the Most Merciful.

٦. رب إني ظلمت نفسي وإن لم تغفر لي وترحمني أكن من الخاسرين. My Lord, I have wronged myself, and if You do not forgive me and have mercy on me, I will surely be among the losers.

٧. لا إله إلا أنت سبحانك إني كنت من الظالمين. There is no deity except You; exalted are You. Indeed, I have been among the wrongdoers.

‏"اللهم لا تخرجنا من رمضان إلا وقد أصلحت حالنا وأسعدت حياتنا وغفرت ذنوبنا وتقبلت صلاتنا وصيامنا وحققت لنا ما نتمناه."

“O Allah, do not let us leave Ramadan except that You have set our affairs right, made our lives happy, forgiven our sins, accepted our prayers and fasting, and granted us what we wish for.”

⚡️Abandoning the night prayers is against the Prophet’s teachings:
👉 Imaam al-Bukhaaree named the chapter: "Chapter: It is disliked for a person to leave the night prayers after he was in the practice of offering them (regularly)." Then he mentioned the following Hadeeth:
👉Abdullah bin Amr bin Al-Aas reported: the Messenger of Allaah ﷺ said to me: ❝O Abdullaah! Do not be like so-and-so; he who used to get up at night for optional prayer but then abandoned it later.❞

⚡️Sometimes a person is prevented from doing good deeds because of the sin he had committed
👉Shaikh Ibn al-Uthaymeen رحمه الله (Summarized):

1️⃣ There is no doubt that if a person is PREVENTED from doing good deeds, then there are reasons behind it, and the biggest obstruction is sins.

2️⃣ Good deeds brings one closer to Allaah, as Allaah تعالى said in Hadeeth Qudsee: ❝He who draws close to Me by the span of a palm I draw close to him by the cubit, and he who draws close to Me by the cubit I draw close to him by the space (covered) by two hands, and he who walks towards Me I rush towards him.❞ [Saheehain]

3️⃣ The one who sets the alarm to get up at night to pray night prayers but doesn’t get up, then he is someone who has weak resolution. (So, what about the one who does not set the alarm at all?)

4️⃣ If the person had firm resolution, he would have got up for night prayers. Like how a person, if he had an interview (or a meeting) at a certain time, and if the alarm rang, he would get up quickly because he is determined.

⚡️Leaving off doing good deeds just because it not Fardh (obligatory)?
👉Shaikh Ibn al-Uthaymeen aslo said: ❝That is why I say: That which is an error is that some people whenever a command comes to him from Allaah and His Messenger, he begins to inquire about it. So he says: “Is this command Waajib (obligatory) or is it Mustahab (recommended)?” as many people say today. This is a question which must be thrown out and not asked because the Sahaabah (Companions of the Messenger) رضي الله عنهم whenever the Prophet صلى الله عليه وسلم commanded them with something, they never said: “O Messenger of Allaah! Is this command Waajib or is it Mustahab or other than that?” Rather they acted and had conviction without even asking.❞

⚡️ Allaah loves the deeds which are done moderately and regularly, even if they are few:
👉 The Prophet ﷺ said: ❝Do (good) deeds which is within your capacity as Allaah does not get tired (of giving rewards) but (surely) you will get tired and the best deed (act of Worship) in the sight of Allaah is that which is done regularly.❞

⚡️ The Testimony of one who abandons Witr is not accepted:
👉Ibn Taymiyyah رحمه الله said: “All praise is for Allaah alone; Witr is Sunnah Mu’akkadah by the consensus of the Muslim (scholars). And the one who persistently misses it, then his testimony is not accepted.”

👉Shaikh al-Islaam رحمه الله also said: “The one who is persistent in leaving it (Sunan al-Rawaatib), then this is evidence about his lack of religion (faith) and his testimony will not be accepted according to the Madhhab of (Imaam) Ahmad (Ibn Hanbal), (Imaam) al-Shaafiee and others.”

♻️ There is no sin on missing the Night Prayers, but such a person is missing out on great reward. And like Shaikh Ibn al-Uthaymeen said, one should try to get up, even if it only 30 mins before Fajr and pray whatever is possible.

Ibn Rajab al-Hanbali رحمه الله, said:

“Expressing happiness on Eid is among the symbols of Deen…”

تقبل الله منا ومنكم وكل عام وانتم بخير

‎Imam Ibn Rajab al-Hanbali رحمه الله:

Eid is NOT for the one who WEARS new clothes.

‎Eid is for the one whose OBEDIENCE RISES.

‎Eid is NOT for the one with BEAUTIFUL CLOTHES and FINE means of TRANSPORT

‎Eid is for the one whose SINS are FORGIVEN.

‏اللهم تقبّل منا صيامنا وقيامنا، واجعلنا من المقبولين!!

Al-H‌asan al-Basri رحمه الله said:

“Everyday in which Allāh is not disobeyed is Eid, and everyday a believer spends in the obedience of his Mawlā (Guardian and Protector) and his remembrance and gratitude, then that [day] is for him Eid!”

[Latā’if al-Ma’ārif: 278]

وَالَّذِينَ جَاهَدُوا فِينَا لَنَهْدِيَنَّهُمْ سُبُلَنَا ۚ وَإِنَّ اللَّهَ لَمَعَ الْمُحْسِنِينَ

And those who strive for Us, We will surely guide them to Our ways. And indeed, Allah is with the doers of good.

( العنكبوت: ٦٩)

In a Dars of Aqeedah, Sheikh Ubaidur Rahman Hafizahullah explained that Allah has given human beings control over their limbs, outward actions, such as what they look at, what they listen to, and where they go, but the control of the heart remains with Him.

When a person uses the parts of the body that are under their control, Allah may turn their heart and thoughts in the direction of those actions. If a person uses their outward limbs in obedience to Allah, even when their heart does not initially feel inclined, and struggles against their desires to remain firm upon good deeds, then Allah will turn their heart toward goodness and righteousness. On the other hand, if a person uses their body for disobedience, Allah may turn their heart in that direction as well.

For example, many things enter the heart through the eyes. If a person constantly looks at forbidden things, wealthy people and luxurious lifestyles, their heart may begin to love wealth and worldly comfort, and they will start striving for it. But if a person looks at righteous people and those who have less than them, it can create gratitude and contentment in their heart.

In the same way, what a person sees and hears shapes their thoughts. Over time, their heart and efforts begin to focus on those same things. Therefore, a person should be careful about what they look at, listen to, and expose themselves to, because these things influence the direction of the heart.
So if we correct our actions, Allah will correct our hearts.

Rasoolullah ﷺ said :

Whoever avoids asking others, Allah will protect him from needing to ask.
Whoever tries to be self-sufficient, Allah will make him self-sufficient.
Whoever forces himself to be patient, Allah will grant him patience and steadfastness. And no one has been given anything better and more vast than patience.
(Patience is greater than all blessings.)

Sufyan ibn 'Uyaynah رحمه الله said:

"Do not abandon dua, and do not let what you know about yourselves (from deficiency) prevent you from it. For verily, Allah answered Iblis, and he was the worst of creation!"
