Whoever stands (in prayer) during Ramadan with faith and hoping for reward, his previous sins will be forgiven.

Whoever prays with the imam until he finishes, it will be written for him as if he prayed the whole night.

By Allah, if the people in the graves were told to make a wish, they would wish for one day of Ramadan.

Fifty Proven Supplications from Our Prophet
Do not forget that Ramadan is the month of Dua.

Allah the Exalted said, following the verses about fasting:

And when My servants ask you concerning Me, indeed I am near. I respond to the supplication of the supplicant when he calls upon Me.

(Al-Baqarah 2:186)

And the Prophet ﷺ said:

Three supplications are not rejected: the fasting person until he breaks his fast, the just ruler, and the supplication of the oppressed.

Narrated by Ahmad.

“Fasting is a shield. So when one of you is fasting, he should not speak indecently or act ignorantly. If someone fights him or insults him, he should say, ‘I am fasting,’ twice.
By the One in Whose Hand is my soul, the smell from the mouth of a fasting person is better to Allah than the fragrance of musk.(Allah says about the fasting person) He leaves his food, his drink, and his desires for My sake. Fasting is for Me, and I will reward it. And every good deed is rewarded ten times its like.”

"O you who, after committing sin in Rajab, Have disobeyed your Lord in the month of Sha'ban,
The month of fasting now envelopes you after them, So do not turn it into a month of disobedience again.
Recite the Qur'an and glorify Allah in it and strive hard,
For it is the month of glorification of Allah and the Qur'an.
How many you knew among those who fasted in the past, From among family, neighbors, and brothers.
Death has taken them, but left you behind alive,
So how close the distant one is to the one near!"

The fasting person has two moments of joy: one when he breaks his fast, and the other when he meets his Lord. As for his joy when he breaks his fast, he rejoices in the blessings Allah has bestowed upon him through the act of fasting, which is one of the best righteous deeds. How many people have been deprived of it and did not fast. He also rejoices in what Allah has permitted for him, such as food, drink, and marriage, which were prohibited to him during the fast.

As for his joy when he meets his Lord, he rejoices in his fasting when he finds his reward from Allah, the Most High, fully provided at a time when he is most in need of it, when it is said: "Where are the fasting ones so they may enter Paradise through the gate of Ar-Rayan, through which none but they will enter."

If a person comes to know that this is his last Ramadan, how would his worship be?
You too should think that this Ramadan is your last, so take as much benefit from it as you can.
“He grants wisdom to whom He wills.”

Malik ibn Anas said:
It settles in my heart that wisdom is understanding (fiqh) in the religion of Allah, and something Allah places in the hearts out of His mercy and bounty. What clarifies this is that you may find a man intelligent and perceptive in worldly matters, yet you find another weak in worldly affairs but knowledgeable and perceptive in the matters of his religion. Allah grants this to one and withholds it from another. Thus, wisdom is understanding in the religion of Allah.
The correct view—as held by the majority—is that wisdom is not limited to prophethood; rather, it is broader than that. Its highest level is prophethood, and messengership is more specific still. However, the followers of the prophets receive a share of this goodness in accordance with their following.

“And none remember except those of understanding.”

only those with understanding truly benefit from reminders.

~ May Allah grant us wisdom, ilm and goodness in this life and the next.
As for the effect of seeking forgiveness (istighfar) in removing worry, grief, and distress, it is agreed upon by scholars of various religions and the wise of every nation that sins and corruption bring about anxiety, sorrow, fear, sadness, tightness of the chest, and ailments of the heart, and so on.

And if this is the effect of sins and wrongdoings on the heart, then there is no remedy for them except repentance and seeking forgiveness.

Zad al-Ma’ad | Ibn Qayyim | 📖
Ibn Al-Qayyim رحمه الله said:

“How strange does it seem, that these tests which weigh a ton on our chest today will one day elevate us. Elevate us so high, that we will thank Allāh. We will thank Him for testing us, for loving us and for giving us more than anyone could imagine.”

[Al-Fawa’id | Pg. 119]
Are there any differences in tarawih, Tahajjud & Qiyam al layl?
“Listening to music is not permissible, neither in Ramadan nor at other times. However, in Ramadan it is a greater sin because of the sanctity of the month.”

- Sheikh Saleh Al Fawzan ( Al-Muntaqa min Fatawa al-Fawzan vol. 3, p. 244)
Al-Aʿmash said: “I was with Ibrahim al-Nakhaʿi while he was reading from the Qur’an. A man asked permission to enter, so he covered the mushaf and said: ‘I do not want this person to think that I read from it all the time.’”

In contrast, today: You see people posting pictures of their copies of the Qur’an while reading, and announcing that they are going to the mosques — they have killed sincerity, said four takbirs over it (as in a funeral prayer), and buried it deep in the seventh earth.
