Return back to the Qur'an.
"And the Messenger said, 'O my Lord, indeed, my people have abandoned this Qur'an."
[Al-Furqan]
Beware of being among those whom the Prophet ﷺ complained about to his Lord."

"And indeed, the Book of Allah is the most trustworthy intercessor,
And the most enriching, a generous giver and benefactor.
And the best companion whose speech never tires,
And its repetition increases in its charm.
And when a person is in fear in his darkness,
He encounters from the grave a radiant light.
There, he will find comfort and a garden,
And because of it, he will be exalted at the summit of glory.
He calls for his beloved to please him,
And it is indeed fitting that his request is fulfilled, connected to him.
So, O reader, hold fast to it,
Revering/respecting it in every circumstance and honoring it.
May your parents be blessed with it,
Dressed in the light of crowns and adornments.
What do you think of the child when he is rewarded?
Those are the people of Allah and the best of the assembly.
Those of righteousness, kindness, patience, and piety,
Their beauty is described in the Qur'an in detail."

The greatest affliction that has a high ability to destroy the ambitions and hopes of anyone in the world is procrastination. If you gather a hundred people and ask them why they haven't achieved many of the things they wished to accomplish, you will find that more than ninety of them will answer: "Because I kept postponing starting to achieve them." Even those who actually began, you will find they stopped, and then delayed trying again. So you will find procrastination in all situations. The same thing can be found in the Quran!
Although Allah says in the Quran says:
“And when you have decided, then rely upon Allah. Indeed, Allah loves those who rely [upon Him].”
[Al-Imran: 159]
meaning if you have the intention to do something, proceed with it, relying on Allah!
Many of us delay beginning the step of memorizing the Quran for reasons that are mostly, if not entirely, like the web of a spider!

"By Allah, the Almighty loves that His servants deal with Him privately, between them and Him.
The people of His love also love to deal with Him privately, in such a way that no one else knows about their dealings/matters with Him.
Some of them even wished that they could perform an act of worship that the guardian angels would not be aware of.
One of them, when some of his secrets were revealed, said: 'Life was sweet as long as the dealings/matters between me and Him were private.' Then he prayed for death and passed away.
The lovers are jealous of others knowing the secrets between them, the one they love and who loves them."

"How many times I came to your door ( Ya Rab), asking, and you responded to me..."
A piece of advice from a compassionate heart:
Don’t wait for Ramadan to start striving in worship. You need to gradually prepare from now. The heart needs time to focus and soften, and the mind needs time to clear.
You will lose Ramadan if you wait until the 1st of Ramadan!
Therefore, train yourself from now—fast on Mondays and Thursdays, pray at night even if it's just one unit of prayer, read pages from the Quran, give charity to the needy, and increase your remembrance of Allah...
And before everything, lighten the burdens of this world, so that when Ramadan arrives, you are prepared, with Allah’s permission.

and from his grace upon the believers is that nothing is ordained for them from the good or hardship except that there is good in it for them, when they are touched with ease, they are greatful and their reward are the rewards of the greatful, and when they are touched with hardship, and they are patient upon it, their rewards are the rewards of the patient and Allah سبحانه وتعلى says in surah az zumar
"Indeed, the patient will be given their reward without account [i.e., limit]."

Points of reflection:
‘As you had been reading in this world’
Are you satisfied with your level and proficiency of recitation right now?
Are striving to perfect your recitation?
Are you taking the time to review the rules of Tajweed and ensuring you’re applying them correctly?
Recite with calmness and serenity. Reflect upon the meanings of that which you recite. Pay attention to, and preserve the rulings of Tajweed. Beautify your voice, don’t be excessive nor negligent.
May Allah make us among those who strive to preserve His book, ameen.

"The best companion you can dedicate your life to is the Quran."
Imam Hasan al-Basri, may Allah have mercy on him, said: "When a person seeks the Quran and the knowledge of Allah, the Almighty, it won't be long before this is reflected in their humility, self descipline, forbearance, and modesty."

"If someone says: 'If I have ambition, yet I have not received/been granted what I seek, what should I do?'
The answer is: If provision is withheld from one type/way, it will not be withheld from another. It is unlikely that He granted you ambition and does not assist you.
So examine your situation: perhaps He gave you something that you did not appreciate, or He tested you with a desire that you did not endure( could not have patience).
And know that sometimes He withholds many of the pleasures of this world from you in order to give you the pleasures of knowledge. You are weak and might not be able to handle both. He knows best what is suitable for you."

Abdullah ibn Masood said ( May Allah be pleased with him) :
The greatest Ayah in the Qur’an that provides relief is,

"And Whoever fears Allah, he will make a way out for him."
