Whoever's weapon is his supplication, his victories are multiplied...
When your heart is truly attached to Allah, you lose the desire for people's pleasure. You free yourself from the fragile chains that once surrounded you. Your eyes look only to Allah, and your heart seeks no companion but Him. You no longer care about who you lost or who you met... Allah is with you, and this is enough.
Hasan Al-Basri رحمه الله said: "Check for sweetness in three things: in prayer, in the Quran, and in remembrance of Allah. If you find it, continue and rejoice. If you do not find it, know that your door is closed."

As Sadi said: "It is truly fitting and worthy that one should not find peace in anything except in His remembrance, for there is nothing sweeter for the hearts, nor more delightful, nor more enjoyable than the love of its Creator, and finding comfort in Him and knowing Him. To the extent of one's knowledge of Allah and love for Him, will be the extent of their remembrance of Him."
"
When a person is blessed by Allah with abundant remembrance (dhikr), Allah blesses their time and their deed. The past scholars, you would find that one of them would write many notebooks in a short period of time, despite their hard work, conditions, and limited means."

I swear by Allah, I am amazed by the condition of the one who abandons Salah.

What does he do when the world tightens around him, when life scratches his heart with its fangs, when the doors close in his face, and when affliction grips his wrist?

How does he endure this world when patience is difficult, and how does he fight the evil within himself without any weapon? With whom does he seek solace, and what is his cure when the doctor has been abandoned? How does he dispel the darkness of the night from his soul, and what does he do when Shaytan has shattered his fortress?

How does he restore balance to himself, strengthen the bond of his weakened shoulders, straighten his bent back, and to whom does he turn, hoping and seeking refuge? Who does he pledge to each morning? With whom does he seek help, and upon whom does he place his trust?

By Allah, he is truly poor! How can he try to swim against the flow? How can he not bow/roll in prostration before Allah, seeking rest for his heart, just as he once curled in his mother's womb?

How can he shut the door on the One who has beautified him, sheltered him, and loved him?

How can he abandon prayer, the only means of salvation from the harshness of this world? To whom can he flee with his heart, escaping from everything else?

Wretched is the lover who abandons, but best is the beloved who still welcomes despite the sins.
‏{ رَبِّ اجْعَلْنِي مُقِيمَ الصَّلاةِ وَمِن ذُرِّيَّتِي رَبَّنَا وَتَقَبَّلْ دُعَاء }

"If you knew the kindness of Allah in managing your affairs, you would not grieve over missed opportunities or delayed wishes. You would begin and end your day with a peaceful heart and calm eyes. It is not important that kindness comes to you in a matter that appears good for you, Allah 's kindness may come in a matter that seems bad to you outwardly, but inwardly it contains many blessings/lot of mercy ."

Narrated Abu Musa:

The Prophet (ﷺ) said, "The example of a believer who recites the Qur'an and acts on it, like a citron which tastes nice and smells nice. And the example of a believer who does not recite the Qur'an but acts on it, is like a date which tastes good but has no smell. And the example of a hypocrite who recites the Qur'an is like a Raihana (sweet basil) which smells good but tastes bitter And the example of a hypocrite who does not recite the Qur'an is like a colocynth which tastes bitter and has a bad smell." ( Sahih al-Bukhari 5059)
Do not tell people how much Qur'an you have memorized, Do not tell them you've been memorized a juz or two and revised ten, let them see the Qur'an in you...
In the beauty of your speech, in the soundness of your mind, in the purity of your limbs and heart, in your gentleness, your balance, your tranquility, your reassurance and your seriousness..

Do not make your concern for being called : "He memorized the Quran..."

Rather on the hadith :
"His Akhlaq/ character was upon the Qur'an."
Ibn Taymiyyah - may Allah have mercy on him - said:

"The root of all the goodness in this world and the Hereafter is the fear of Allah."

The best advice for treating the heart and its hardness is paying attention and focusing on the Qur'an, reflecting upon it, and increasing in its recitation along with the frequent Dhikr of Allah.

Ask Allah to grant you a love that surpasses life, so that it ends with Him being pleased with you.

Ask Him to magnify satisfaction in your chest and certainty in your heart, so that the difficult matters become easy for you.

In the heart, there is emptiness, in the soul, there is an ache, and in the chest, there is sorrow as long as you fall short in fulfilling the rights of the Book of your Lord, distant from the Qur'an, through which the lights of happiness shine in the darkness of life.
"When you have finished, strive [in worship]"means: When you finish your tasks and there is nothing left in your heart that hinders you, exert effort in worship and supplication.

"And to your Lord alone, direct your longing" means: Have the greatest longing for your supplications to be answered and for your worships to be accepted.

Do not be among those who, when they are free from tasks and have time, play and turn away from their Lord and His remembrance, for you would then be among the losers.

It has been said that the meaning of the verse is: When you finish the Salah and complete it, engage in Dua.

"And to your Lord, direct your longing" means to ask for your needs from Him.

"Every time your path towards the Qur'an weakens, every time your effort diminishes and your determination wavers, remind yourself that this book is the one that will accompany you/comfort you in the loneliness of your grave, the one that will intercede for you and elevate your status, the one through which you will rise in Paradise, rank by rank. It is the only companion that will remain with you during the most difficult moments, when even those closest to you and those most beloved to you will turn away."

The Prophet (peace be upon him) said: "It will be said to the companion of the Qur'an:
'Recite and ascend, and recite in the manner you used to recite in the world, for your position will be at the last verse you recite.'"

(It will be said): Upon entering Paradise (to the companion of the Qur'an): to the one who remains dedicated to reciting and acting upon it,

"Recite and ascend" to the degrees of Paradise.

Points to be noted :

- This is in Paradise.

- The companion of the Qur'an is the one who constantly recites and acts upon it, not just the one who recites it without acting on it.

- Recitation in Paradise is a source of pleasure and elevation, not worship ( as in the dunya).

- The ultimate reward is at the end of the recitation.

- In some ahadith: The number of the levels of Paradise corresponds to the number of verses in the Qur'an, but this is not firmly established from the Prophet.
"Indeed, wisdom can be completely hidden from a servant until they are left with no choice but to surrender. And this world can become so constricting for the servant, despite its vastness, that it offers no space except through Allah. What has been written in the Lauh Al Mahfooz will happen, whether with contentment/pleasure or without, and Allah alone is the Helper. What Allah wills happens, and His command cannot be turned back.

And indeed, a moment of displeasure can spoil years of patience, just as dirt can spoil a glass of water. The purity of the heart can only be attained through contentment. Since Allah's decree is inevitable, the reward lies in being content with His judgment, gracefulness in having a good opinion of Him, and salvation in humility and prayer."
"Complete the pilgrimage (Hajj) and the Umrah for Allah".

However, if one's intention is for other than Allah, it invalidates the reward. The person does not receive the reward of Hajj and bears the burden of the minor shirk Ar Riya ( associating partners with Allah).
Riya (showing off) is when you perform an action to be seen by people so they praise you.

Sum’ah (reputation) is when you tell people about your good deeds.

Ujb (self-admiration) is when you think that your good deeds make you better than your brothers, even if you don’t show off or talk about them.

All of these things undermine and may invalidate a righteous deed.

Sincerity is when Allah protects you and grants you safety from all of these.

One sign of being protected from them is your fear of falling into any of these pitfalls.
