(4) You Are Your Thoughts
Whether you like it or not, the internal dialogue that occurs within your mind is what steers your life; you are but a collection of thoughts. What you do in your life every day is nothing but a reflection of the thoughts that dominate your mind. If you want to improve any aspect of your life, you must first improve your thoughts towards that aspect. There is a psychological principle that states:
“If you believe that you will succeed in something or that you will not, then you are right in both cases."
You cannot succeed in anything unless you first believe that you can succeed in it.

Ease Your Heart with This Du'a
يَا حَيُّ يَا قَيُّومُ بِرَحْمَتِكَ أَسْتَغِيثُ أَصْلِحْ لِي شَأْنِي كُلَّهُ وَلَا تَكِلْنِي إِلَى نَفْسِي طَرْفَةَ عَيْنِ
O Ever-Living, O Self-Sustaining and All-Sustaining, by Your mercy I seek help; rectify all my affairs and do not leave me in charge of my affairs even for the blink of an eye.
[An-Nasai in as-Sunan al-Kubra (6/147)]

الإحسان يأسُر ..
"Kindness captivates...
فالشخص الذي يُحسن فهمك فلا يُحوجك إلى كثرة شرح نفسك، ويُحسن الإحساس بك فتمتد يده بمنديل قبل سقوط دمعك، ويُحسن طمأنتَك فلا يأتيكَ الخوف من قِبَلِه؛ هذا من عاجل النعيم في الدنيا، حريٌّ بمن رُزِقَه ألا يفتر عن شكر ربِّه ومعرفة قدر صاحبه .
The person who understands you well does not make you feel the need to explain yourself repeatedly. He feels you so deeply that his hand extends with a handkerchief before your tears fall. He reassures you so effectively that fear does not arise from him. This is a glimpse of the blessings of this world. Those who are blessed with such a person should not cease thanking their Rab and recognizing the worth of their companion."

عندما لا يستطيع الشيطان أن يهزم الرجل الصالح يقوم بإدخال امرأة إلى حياته .
قَالَ رَسُولُ الله ﷺ :
” ما تَرَكْتُ بَعْدِي فِتْنَةً أضَرَّ على الرِّجالِ مِنَ النِّساءِ “
"When Shaytan cannot defeat a righteous man, he brings a woman into his life."
The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: "I have not left a trial more harmful to men than women."
- Narrated by Bukhari and Muslim
قال الله ﷻ :
﴿ زُيِّنَ لِلنَّاسِ حُبُّ الشَّهَوَاتِ مِنَ النِّسَاءِ ﴾
Allah ﷻ says:
"Beautified for people is the love of that which they desire—of women..."
(Al-Imran 3:14)
وقال الإمام سعيد بن المسيب -رحمه الله- : ما يئِس الشيطان من ابن آدَم قط إلا أتاه من قِبَل النِّساء !
Imam Sa'id ibn al-Musayyib, may Allah have mercy on him, said:
"Shaytan never despaired of the son of Adam except that he approached him through women!"
فالحذر الحذر يا إخوتي، وفقني الله وإياكم في اجتناب هذه الفتنة العظيمة
So be cautious, my brothers, and may Allah grant success to all of us in avoiding this great trial.
قَالَ رَسُولُ الله ﷺ :

فوجود السلفية في الأرض أمر حتمي لازم، وهو من حفظ الله لدينه،
The presence of Salafiyyah on Earth is an inevitable necessity, and it is a preservation of Allah's religion.
ووجودها نعمة على أهل الأرض،
Its existence is a blessing upon the people of the Earth,
ومن اصطفاه الله من بين الملايين المملينة ليكون من أهل هذا المنهج يجب عليه أن يعلم عظم النعمة
and those whom Allah has chosen from among the millions to be adherents of this methodology must recognize the enormity of this blessing.
فالضالون كُثر، فمن اصطفاه الله إلى معرفة هذا المنهج والسير على هذا المنهج فقد أنعم عليه بنعمة عظمى.
For the misguided are many, so whoever Allah has chosen to know this methodology and walk upon it has been greatly blessed with a tremendous favor.

"It is mentioned in the Qur'an that the virgin gave birth, the infant spoke, the old woman became pregnant, the barren woman gave birth, the moon split, the child spoke, the sleepers woke up after many years, and the few overcame the many.
اطمع في سؤالك ولا تشك للحظة بأن سؤالك من الممكن أن يُرد أمام قدرة ملك المُلك فالله لا يعجزه شيء في الأرض ولا في السماء"
Be hopeful in your request and never doubt for a moment that your request could be rejected in the presence of the One who owns the Kingdom, for nothing is impossible for Allah, whether on earth or in the heavens."

"إن هذا القرآن كائن لكم أجرأ ، وكائن عليكم وزراً ، فاتبعوا القرآن ولا يتبعكم القرآن ، فإنه من اتبع القرآن هبط به على رياض الجنة، ومن اتبعه القرآن زج في قفاه فقذفه في النار..."
Abu Musa Al ashari رضي الله عنه said :
"Undoubtedly, this Glorious Quran is a means of reward for you but it may also become a burden on you so follow the Quran and do not make it follow you because whoever follows the Glorious Quran, it takes him to the gardens of Jannah and whoever makes Quran follow him, the Quran forces his back and throws it into the Hell."

آيات الصبر سلوان لكل مبتلى:
The Verses of patience for every afflicted person:
﴿إنّ الله مع الصابرين﴾
"Indeed, Allah is with the patient."
﴿وبشِّرِ الصَّابِرِينَ﴾
"And Glad tidings to the Patient."
﴿والله يُحِبُّ الصَّابِرِينَ﴾
"And Allah loves the one who practices patient."
﴿واصبر وما صَبْرُكَ إِلَّا بِاللَّهِ ۚ﴾
"And be patient and your patience is not but the through Allah."
﴿ وجزاهم بِمَا صَبَرُوا جَنَّةً وَحَرِيرًا﴾
"And will reward them for what they patiently endured (with) a garden (in Paradise)and silk (garments)."
﴿إِنَّمَا يُوَفَّى الصَّابِرُونَ أَجْرَهُمْ بِغَيْرِ حِسَابٍ﴾
"Indeed, the patient will be given their reward without account."

تأكد أن الله إذا شاء أمراً كان ، و لو رفضته قلوب كل أهل الأرض ، و لو عدمت أسبابه ، و لو وقف كل شيء في طريقه ، إذا شاء الله أمراً فلا مرد له .
"Be certain that when Allah wills something, it will happen, even if the hearts of all the people in the dunya reject it, even if its causes are absent, and even if everything stands in its way. When Allah wills something, nothing can prevent it."
