Purification of the soul through three matters:

1. Sincere Intention النية : The Muslim should have their intentions in their life and actions solely for the sake of Allah.

2. Knowledge العلم : Strive for knowledge, especially of Islamic law, as it is both an act of worship and light. This light is essential for every Muslim.

-The greatest light is the Qur'an.

3. Action العمل : Increase in righteous deeds.

علامات التدين تظهر في أخلاقك، في معاملاتك، وتظهر في اختياراتِك!

"Signs of the deen in you (piety) are evident in your character, your interactions and your choices!"

"فَمَا أُوتِيتُم مِّن شَيْءٍ فَمَتَاعُ الْحَيَاةِ الدُّنْيَا ۖ وَمَا عِندَ اللَّهِ خَيْرٌ وَأَبْقَىٰ لِلَّذِينَ آمَنُوا وَعَلَىٰ رَبِّهِمْ يَتَوَكَّلُونَ".

"So whatever thing you have been given, it is but for the enjoyment of this worldly life.

But what is with Allah is better and more lasting for those who have believed and upon their lord rely."

(42:36)

قال الشيخ عبد الرزاق بدر :

‎Disrespecting parents is from the greatest of crimes and sins.

In his discussion on the verse from the Qur'an:

ادْعُوا رَبَّكُم تَضَرُّعًا وَخُفْيَةً إِنَّهُ لا يُحِبُّ المعتدين

Sheikh al-Islam Ibn Taymiyyah, may Allah have mercy on him, mentioned ten benefits of concealing one's supplication.
Among these benefits is:

"The ninth benefit:
The greatest blessing is devotion and worship, and every blessing has its share of envy, whether it is minor or great. There is no blessing greater than this one, as the envious are particularly fixated on it.

The best protection for someone envied is to conceal their blessings from the envious.

This is akin to what Yaqub عليه السلام advised his son Yusuf عليه السلام :
"O my son, do not narrate your dream to your brothers lest they contrive against you a plot."

Many people who have a strong spiritual state or connection with Allah have lost it by revealing it to others.
Therefore, the knowledgeable and wise people advise to keep one's relationship with Allah a secret.
The most pious people are those who keep their spiritual states with Allah most concealed.

People are very discreet about their states with Allah and the love, intimacy, and closeness they experience. This is especially true for the one who is guided and on the path. When someone becomes firmly established in their faith—like a tree with deep roots and branches reaching the sky, impervious to storms—they may reveal their state with Allah for others to follow and be inspired by, without concern.

This is a beneficial and significant matter known to those who experience it. Concealing supplication, which includes requests, praise, love, and devotion to Allah, is one of the great treasures that deserves to be hidden from the envious.
This is a noble and beneficial insight."

مـاهـي الـتـوبـة الـنـصـوح ؟
What is sincere repentance?

قال الحسن البصري رحمه الله:
"التوبة النصوح : أن تبغض الذنب كما أحببته ، وتستغفر منه إذا ذكرته".

Hasan al-Basri, may Allah have mercy on him, said:

"Sincere repentance is to hate the sin as much as you once loved it, and to seek forgiveness for it whenever you remember it."
تفسير ابن كثير (١٦٩/٨).

It is said regarding the things that are surpassed and go beyond your expectations:

"Allah removes the things you love from you, and you do not realize the harm they cause you, even if the removal of them grinds you down. There will come a day when you will praise Allah that they are no longer attached to you."

أُعيذكم بالله من ذنوب الخلوات..

‏يُحرم الإنسان أعظم الرزق وهو فهم القرآن بسبب الذنوب والمعاصي!
‏ -وخاصّة في الخلوات-.

‏«أعظم ما يعالج به لَوَث القلب وفساده بالمعاصي، هو تعاهده بكثرة تلاوة وسمَاع القرآن وتدبّر معانيه،فلا شيء يغسل القلب من الخطايا ويصقله مثل القرآن!»

ماتيسر من سورة إبراهيم الشيخ أحمد بن طالب -حفظه الله-:

"If the valley of supplication is abundantly filled with your prayers, know that your prayers are intended to be answered."

"‏وكُلَّما كَبُرَ همُّ الحياة في قلوبنا هَوَّنهُ القُرآن."

"And whenever the burdens of life grow heavier in our hearts, the Quran eases them."

ياليتني أعطيت القرآن عمري !
"I wish I had given the Quran my life!"

في النهاية عليك أن تتعلم شيئًا من هاتهِ الدّنيا، لربّما تعلمه ولكنّك لست تفهمه!

in the end, you have to learn something from this world. You may know it, but you do not understand it!

ما كان لكَ وقدّره الله أن يكون لك؛ فليسَ هناك أحد سيحول بينك وبين قدرك!
What was yours and Allah destined to be yours; There is no one who will stand between you and your destiny!

وما لم يكن يومًا لكَ؛ فإنّك إن خرقتَ الأرض أو جُبت السماء أو ركبت البحر طولاً ..!
And unless it is your day, If you intrude the earth, cross the sky, or ride the sea for a long time..!

فلستَ ببالغهِ وربّ الكعبة.
By the Lord of the Kaaba, you may not reach it.

الدّنيا أقدار؛ وكلٌ بالغٌ قدْرَهُ الذي قدّر له!
The world is destinies; And everyone fulfills the destiny that is destined for them!

"عندما يتأمل الإنسان حياته، يتعجب من دقّة تدابير الله للأحداث،
"When a person reflects on their life, they marvel at the precision of Allah's planning of events.

ففي توقيته حكمة،
In His timing, there is wisdom

وفي تعجيله رحمة،
In His hastening, there is mercy

وفي تأخيره ردّ أذى،
And in His delaying, there is protection from harm.

وبعد مرور فترة من الزمن تُدرك فعلًا أن الأقدار لن تكون أفضل مما قدّر الله لها أن تكون،
After some time, one truly realizes that fate could not be better than what Allah has destined.

فالحمد لله على تدابيره الرحيمة، وألطافه الكريمة"
Praise be to Allah for His merciful plans and generous kindness."

قطوف سلفية

﴿إِنَّهُ مَن يَتَّقِ وَيَصبِر فَإِنَّ اللَّهَ لا يُضيعُ أَجرَ المُحسِنينَ﴾
"Indeed, whoever fears Allah and is patient—then indeed, Allah does not allow the reward of the good doers to be lost." (12:90)

"لا ينبغي لمن قرأ سُورة يوسف أن ييأس"
"One who has recites Surah Yusuf should not despair."

قويُّ التوكُّل لا يُهزَم ، ومُلِّح الدعاء لا يُخذل
"One who is strong in trust (tawakkul) cannot be defeated, and one who is persistent in supplication (du'a) will not be let down."
