أوَليس من يعطي
Is not the one who grants

ويمنعُ رحمةً
and withholds mercy

لو لم يكُن شرًا..
If it wasn't evil

أكان ليمنعك؟
Would he have prevented you?

أوَما رعاك إذ المراكب أُغرقت
And didnt he take care of you when the boats got sunk

والحبلُ مُدَّ اذ التجنّي أوقعك؟
And the ropes were extended When you were about to fall?

أولم تجفف كل ما عانيتَهُ!
Didn't he dry up all that you suffered?

وظننتَ أنك لن تعود فأرجعك؟
And you thought you won't ever return, but you returned.

الآن تأسى إذْ وقعتَ مجددًا!
Right now you're sad when it has repeated

والله يحنو بالسقوط ليرفعك»
Allah shows compassion when you fall to lift you up.

‏﴿وَكَيفَ تَصبِرُ عَلى ما لَم تُحِط بِهِ خُبرًا﴾
"And how can you be patient over what you have no knowledge of?"

‏ليس سهلاً أن تصبر وأنت ترى الأمور تحدث بطريقة غير مفهومة، لذلك كانت منزلة الصابرين عظيمة، لو فقدت ما فقدت ، لو كسَّر الحرمان أضلاعك، ستجتاز هذه المصاعب يومًا ما، فاختر الرضا يهن عليك العبور.

It is not easy to be patient while you see things happening in an incomprehensible way, so the status of those who are patient is great. If you lose what you lost, if deprivation breaks your ribs, you will pass these hardships one day, so choose contentment, and your passage will be easy.

{ مِنكُم مَّن يُرِيدُ الدُّنْيَا وَمِنكُم مَّن يُرِيدُ الْآخِرَةَ ۚ
ثُمَّ صَرَفَكُمْ عَنْهُمْ لِيَبْتَلِيَكُمْ ۖ
وَلَقَدْ عَفَا عَنكُمْ ۗ
وَاللَّهُ ذُو فَضْلٍ عَلَى الْمُؤْمِنِينَ }

{ بَلِ ٱللَّهُ مَوْلَىٰكُمْ ۖ وَهُوَ خَيْرُ ٱلنَّٰصِرِينَ }

{ والله يحب المحسنين }

" اللَّهمَّ إنِّي أسأَلُكَ عِلمًا نافعًا، ورِزْقًا طيِّبًا، وعمَلًا مُتقَبَّلًا. "

اللَّهُمَّ رَبَّنَا آتِنَا في الدُّنْيَا حَسَنَةً، وفي الآخِرَةِ حَسَنَةً، وقِنَا عَذَابَ النَّارِ.

"أَكْثِرْ من الدعاءِ فإن الدعاءَ يَرُدُّ القضاءَ المُبْرَمَ"

" أشرفُ العبادةِ الدعاءُ ."

يا اهل لذات دنيا لا بقاء لها
Oh the people of worldly pleasures that has no survival
ان اغترار بظل زاءل حمق
Being deceived by a fleeting shadow is foolish

« من أكثرَ الاستغفار جعل الله له من كلّ همّ فرجاً، ومن كلّ ضيق مخرجاً، ورزقه من حيث لا يحتسب »

"Whoever increases in seeking forgiveness, Allah will relieve him of all his worries and provide a way out for him from every distress, and grant him sustenance from sources he can't anticipate."

"أن تجلس وحيدًا خير لك من صُحبة سيئة!"

"it is better for you to sit alone than to have a bad company".

عظّموا مقاديركم بالتغافل
"Magnify your worth by being able to overlook [and let go]."

قال العراقي:
وهذا الكلام مما كان والدي رحمه الله يؤدبني به في مبدأ شبابي حين يرى غضبي من كلمات ترِد عليّ

Al-'Arāqī said,
"This is a rule my father (Allāh have mercy upon him) would cultivate in me in my youth - whenever he saw my anger due to (distateful) words others directed at me."

If some of the Salaf fell asleep and missed the night prayer, he would cry as if he was afflicted with the loss of his son, saying: "I did not miss the night prayer except because my status with Allah Almighty decreased."

"لي حاجةٌ يا ربِّ أنتَ عليمُها
ولي دعوةٌ في القلب أنتَ مُجيبُها

وما حيلةٌ للنفس يا ربِّ إنها
أتتكَ بشكواها وأنتَ حبيبُها

وما كنتُ مخذولًا وما كنتُ بائسًا
وما كنتُ مُرتابًا وأنتَ حسيبُها

وما خاب ظنِّي في أمورٍ وكّلتُها
إليك وأنتَ اللهُ أنت طبيبُها "

الحياة جهادٌ، والصَّبر زادٌ، فمن لم يُكابد مشقَّة الحياة لم يُدرك مراده، ومن لم يصبر لم يقدر على احتمال المشقَّة فيما أراده.

"Life is a struggle and patience is a provision. Whoever does not endure the hardships of life will not attain what he wants, and whoever is not patient will not be able to bear hardship in what he wants."

‏من لم يحزن لمُصاب المسلمين، فليُراجع إيمانه!

Whoever does not grieve and feel sadness for the afflictions of the muslims, then let him review his imaan!

تذكر أن الصبر هو مفتاح الفرج. الأمور لا تتحسن بين ليلة وضحاها، لكن بالصبر والمثابرة ستجد طريقك
