In the same time I did $18 022. 6% of creators revenues

Some new customers came organically or through word of mouth, but the growth is largely due to existing customers increasing their number of subscribers. Congratulations!

Because I just spend my days coding Sublaunch V2, 15 hours a day, in my bed, AC at 18 degrees. Nothing else. 0 acquisitions, 0 marketing.

V2 is coming soon. Still coding 🀯
Finishing the Zapier integration currently.

Then I have to fix some bugs and start to update the css of my V2 for mobiles.

Sublaunch have to be perfect on mobiles, details per details.
πŸ‘€πŸ‘€ The only thing slowing me down right now is the physical fatigue in my eyes. Too sensitive. They died after 4 months of intense coding.

Boom. New server setup! Dedicated server for Sublaunch.

Normally the reliability & loading time will be much greater.
From $25 to $250/month. It was the time to step up πŸ‘Š

Small update regarding Sublaunch V2,

It's already November 10th... still quite a few small details to fix, and I still need to do my landing page.

And I want to improve one thing:
Currently, I'm using Stripe's checkout pages.

--> The lead clicks on your CTA choosing their price
--> They land on a mini Sublaunch login/signup page
--> They are pushed to the Stripe checkout

I chose to use Stripe's checkout because it offered 100% reliability and it was faster.

But V2 has to be perfect.
I want to recreate the Stripe checkout directly on Sublaunch. I'll start working on that next week.

This will eliminate a step in the subscription flow and thus further improve conversion + allow me to add a one-click upsell feature very easily to the checkout later (I'll see how).

So in my mind, the code will be finished by the end of November.

Actually, it's much easier to do as much coding as possible now, rather than iterating once V2 is out. I generally know your demands, so there's no need to go incremental in this version.

Then I'll have to test this V2 and I want to make lots of little YouTube tutorial videos.

I want to improve the product as much as possible until the end of the year to release a polished V2 on

January 1st, 2024. New year, new product.

---

I'm tired of coding, I want to release, so I'm holding on mentally, but I think it's better to do it this way.

And every day, you're making more and more money, no client leaves, so this allows me to hold on and code, line by line, again and again.

More than 280,000 lines currently on V2, while keeping the product as simple as possible (I think).

The simpler yet more complete a product is for the user, the more complex and time-consuming it is to code.

Twice as simple equals 6-10 times more complex to code, I think.

I wanted to finish this V2 in 3 weeks, not 20 weeks, and I could have done it in 3 weeks. It remains to be seen if this bet will pay off.

I want to code the Stripe checkout directly into Sublaunch to:

1. Eliminate a step in the payment flow
2. Enable the creation of an upsell feature later
3. Make everything even faster

🎨 Let's code from a blank page
