My therapist once told me that my attempts to appear normal by forcing myself to make eye contact with people, when it's often the last thing I wanna do when I talk to most people, is perhaps one of the reasons that makes people perceive me as "weird".
So, going forward, I will not be looking people in the eyes if I don't feel like it. Don't take it personally. It's not you, it's me XD
