lately, I've noticed everyone looks okay until you have a deep conversation with them. and then you realize that each and every one of us has something going on. we all struggle, we all feel pain, we all hurt. remember this the next time you see someone.

Allow people to be who they truly are
and let them show up in the way they naturally do.
