I have a suggestion, that is call blurting. Instead of highlight your textbook or doing notes while your teacher is teaching Science, better you understand the concept first and what teacher teaching about.After class, write down what you can recall on the topic (write&think as well as you can), and review the topic and details that you missed, and repeat the action that I just mentioned(blurting).

Boleh".first you kena lebihkan subject yang lemah dalam jadual (kalau boleh warna kan nama subject tu)
Then , kalau dah power satu sub tu, fokuskan dgn buat latihan je subject tu to do
Warnakan kotak jadual subject you .. contoh yang lemah warna merah dan yang power warna hijau

Ataupun dlm masa nk buat latihan or study tu
Pilihla satu je kerja dlaam satu masa
Gunakan kaedan phomodoro ,

1.pilih kerja yg nk dibuat
(Kalau boleh cuma satu kerja je dalam satu" masa timing tu , supaya konsisten)
2.set time mcm contoh
25 minit kerja 5 minit rehat
3. Ulang la nombor dua tu dlm tiga ke empat kali
Then after ulang dlm 3 or 4 kali take a long rest
dlm 15-30 minit

Lepastu boleh buat kerja lain pulak , but klu kerja tdi yg tk siap tu buat sampai siap ulang cara tdi..
And kalau boleh masa buat tu elakkan dri segala jenis ganguan ,
So kalau mcm benda tu penting sngt , awal" kena sedia kan kertas
So kalau masa tgh study tu tibe" teringat boleh list kan dkt kertas yg disediakan tu
