प्रिय साथियों आज विधायक भाई प्रवीण पटेल जी फूलपुर प्रयागराज से मुलाकात किया और विधायक जी ने माननीय सचिव साहब को बधाई दिए और 12460 सभी 5000 शिक्षक साथियों को विद्यालय आवंटन का निर्देश दिए माननीय सचिव साहब ने पूर्ण आश्वासन दिया है कि माननीय सर्वोच्च न्यायालय में आगामी 3 अप्रैल को होने वाली सुनवाई में सरकार अपना पूर्ण पक्ष रखेगी ।
साथियों हाई कोर्ट में व्यस्त होने के साथ-साथ अपने स्तर से पूर्ण प्रयास कर रहा हूं। कि जल्द से जल्द हम और आप सभी अपने विद्यालय में हो कल दोपहर कैबिनेट मंत्री नंद गोपाल नंदी जी से मिलने का प्रयास करूंगा धन्यवाद।

Subject: Request for Attorney General Representation in Supreme Court Case SLP (C) no. 8536/2020, SLP (C) No. 10761-10767/2020 & SLP (C) No. 28154/2023 regarding School Allotment for 12460 Assistant Teachers

Sir,

I am writing to bring to your attention the pressing matter regarding the school allotment for 12460 Assistant Teachers, which has been under trial in the Supreme Court under the cases SLP (C) no. 8536/2020, SLP (C) No. 10761-10767/2020 & SLP (C) No. 28154/2023.

I wish to express my deep concern regarding the prolonged duration of this case and its impact on the lives of numerous individuals, including myself. As you may be aware, we have been awaiting a decision from the High Court for the past five years. Finally, upon receiving the judgment, joining letters were dispatched on 8th January 2024. Consequently, many of us, including myself, have resigned from our previous organizations in compliance with legal obligations, as dual employment is considered a criminal offense.

However, due to the elongated process in the Supreme Court, wherein it took an additional three months to get the school allotment, we are facing significant hardships in managing our daily lives. Personally, I find myself in a difficult position as the sole breadwinner for my family, with both my parents depending on me for their livelihoods.

Given the gravity of the situation and its profound implications on the lives of thousands of individuals, I humbly request your intervention in this matter. Specifically, I urge you to consider sending the Attorney General to represent us in the Supreme Court on April 3, 2024, for the cross-examination and placement of arguments.

Your swift action in this regard would not only provide much-needed legal representation but also ensure a fair and expedited resolution to this protracted ordeal. I am confident that with your esteemed office's support, we can navigate through this challenging situation and bring about a favourable outcome for all affected parties.

Thank you for your attention to this matter. I eagerly await your positive response and remain at your disposal for any further information or clarification you may require.

सभी साथियों को यथोचित अभिवादन है। आज मैं माननीय कैबिनेट मंत्री नंद गोपाल नंदी जी के आवास शिव मंदिर चौक लक्ष्मण बाजार प्रयागराज पर गया था उनके निजी सलाहकार महोदय ने बताया वो वर्तमान समय में दिल्ली में है उनका आगमन 26 मार्च को प्रयागराज मे रहेगा फिर भी माननीय मंत्री जी के निजी सलाहकार महोदय ने मंत्री जी से वार्तालाप कराया मंत्री जी हमे 27 मार्च को 11 बजे अपने निवास पर मिलने को बोले है और सारे प्रकरण को अपने निजी सलाहकार को सारे प्रकरण को नोट करवाने को बोले हमने सब 12460 सभी5000 शिक्षक साथियों का प्रकरण को नोट करवाया और माननीय मंत्री जी का व्यक्तिगत नंबर हमें दिए।
प्रिय साथियो मै अपने व्यक्तिगत तोर पर लगा हु। की आगामी 3 अप्रैल को माननीय सर्वोच्च न्यायालय में पूर्ण तरह से पैरवी हो माननीय सरकार की तरफ से साथियों मै अब माननीय कैबिनेट मंत्री नंद गोपाल नंदी जी से 27 मार्च को उनके निज निवास चौक प्रयागराज में मिलुगा कृपया आप लोग होली को अच्छे से मनाए हम सभी का संघर्ष आगे भी जारी रहेगा।
