-saya bagi contoh ya, kalau metal wokπ³ , it is made up of metal with low spesific heat capacity (eg: aluminium/iron). jadi, metal wok akan cepat heat up, thus food can be cooked at high temperature faster (short time). tapi temperature makanan lepas masak takkan kekal panas untuk masa yang lama berbanding clay pot.
-clay pot π² are made up of clay which has higher spesific heat capacity than most metals. jadi, it takes more energy to heat up but retains heat longer. it will heat up slowly and evenly due to its thermal inertia.
