happened to bump onto this question and got confused sebab dlm textbook dia explain induction cooker and yes induction cooker and electrical cooker aren't the same thing even though both are electrical-powered and lazimnya look just the same.

-highly energy-efficient since heat is generated directly.

meanwhile,

-uses resistive heating element to convert electrical energy>heat energy.
-the heat will be transferred from heating element to the pot and then to the food. (heating element>pot>content(food)
-less efficient bc more heat loss to the surrounding compared to induction cooker.
-👩‍🍳works with any type of cookware as long as it conducts heat.
-ingat tak non-ohmic conductor? electrical cooker uses high-resistivity,coiled,nichrome resistance wire

kenapa guna resistance wire dalam electrical cooker?
➡️sebab resistance wire resists electric current to produce heat

so the heating element will lasts longer and only need a short period of time to heat up the food
