ofc there's always doubt 😭 i'm a chronic overthinker, so i've had that thought way more times than i'd like to admit. i even seriously considered dropping out halfway through, and I'm really glad i didn't.... not because the degree itself has magically paid off or anything it hasn't, at least not yet. but the process did. i learned way more than i expected, and not just from lectures. Things and stufff made me curious, more open-minded, and taught me how to connect dots between different things.(I even can see it from this channel)even on days i dragged myself to class i always tried to leave with something so it wouldn't feel like a complete waste.... call me kelem if you want but my goal was never just to collect a degree.... i just wanted to learn, explore, and grow a little. looking back, i think i actually got that. so even if the career payoff takes a while, i don't really feel like those four years were wasted.🤍

Checked my portal 😭 Kinda forgot some of them, but my list neger (just for now )

1st year: General Psychology, Critical Thinking(1sem) Economics
2nd year: Linear Algebra, Calculus, (1sem)
Data Communication & Computer Networks, Discrete Mathematics(sec)
3rd year: Operating Systems, Design & Analysis of Algorithms
4th year: Computer Vision & Image Processing (Web Technologies too), sec..Distributed Systems
Looking at it now, Ig I’ve always been more interested in courses that explain how things work under the hood (there are more but this for now )

unnecessary ones? hmm probably PE and Inclusiveness 😭 lol
Hmmm this is actually really interesting ngl ..I’ll try to keep it short and long at the same time lol.
Insecurity…?
Probably knowledge tbh. I always feel like there’s so much I don’t know, and the more I learn, the more I realize how much there is left to learn…..(usually lost and currently very lost )?

Tizita or Ambassel?
Ambassel.

Favorite Tewodros Kassahun song
Kebad but Nat Baro (not 100% sure though 😭).

Socialism or Capitalism?
This answer would’ve been completely different if you asked me a year ago. Rn, I lean more toward socialism so yeah I’m exploring (bought bunch of books lol )

Leftist or rightist?
Leftist.

Nihilism or Absurdism?
Probably absurdism mixed with existentialism….Someone actually mentioned this before, and I think it’s a really interesting way of looking at it hehe

Free will or determinism?
I’m still unsure. I go back and forth on this one.

Aster’s remake?
Haven’t listened to it yet

a lot
But betinshu

College isn’t just about classes…. (Most of u know it )It’s like balancing two lives at once home and campus and One thing I learned fast is that the people you surround yourself with really matter.,,..The right friends will push you to grow, support you, and make the whole journey way better..

also realized that not everyone comes into your life with the same intentions.(learned it in hard way )
Some friendships last, some don’t, and yea ….Learning who to trust, setting boundaries(very important)and protecting your peace is probably one of the biggest lessons college teaches ...
If I could hmmmmm I’d use my first and second year better…..I had so much time and energy, and I wish I’d started building projects earlier instead of waiting.…..
And beyond the technical stuff, college taught me how to adapt, how to pretend (to live with people lol I think I'm a good actor )
manage responsibilities so many of em and a lot

And Also… it’s okay to be a little weird lol….Most of the time, it’s just you and yourself anyway (was so alone and lonely even )…was it hard welll yeahhhh but
One thing I learned this year is to actually enjoy my own company…..I started finding random hobbies that made life more interesting writing, reading, films, the gym, being in nature, hanging out with my cat…just little things that make me happy….(u can even see it in the channel)

Negru: just try to make ur life interesting anyway…..Enjoy little things, through the good, the bad, the chaos… all of it lol.
