Yoooooooo
I’m feeling good today because I studied derivatives💃
And honestly… feel smart and shit
But now I’m scared to start integrals……
Cos we all know what that means.
It’s like… everything you just learned? Yeah, now do it backwards.(means -> emotional backwards tooo
lmaoo )😭 😭 😭 😭 😭

Why Does Time Feel So FAST These Days?
Did time just fly by?
If you’ve ever thought, “Wait, wasn’t it January, like, two weeks ago?” you’re not alone! Ever since the pandemic, a lot of us feel like time is running faster than Sonic with rocket shoes. But is time actually speeding up? Or is something else going on?
1. The Pandemic Made Time Mushy
Brain Trick: Less new stuff = less memory = faster-feeling time.
2. Growing Up Makes Time Feel Faster
Name of This Trick: Proportional Time Theory
3. Too Much Info = Time Overload!
> Brain Status: Overloaded and dizzy 😵💫
4. We Lost the “Fun Time” Moments**
The Greeks had two words for time:
- Chronos – boring, clock time
- Kairos – magical, meaningful moments
More fun = more memory = time feels richer, not faster.
5. Even the Universe Says Time Is Weird
Time is flexible, like slime!
So… Is Time Broken? well idk but
maybe your brain, your age, your screen habits, the pandemic, and even the universe are ALL playing tricks on how you feel time.

During lockdown, school and daily life got super weird. No more field trips, no more playground chaos just pajamas, screens, and confusing Zoom calls.
Your brain didn’t have many exciting things to remember, so days blurred together like a smoothie. And when your brain doesn't save much, it feels like time whooshed by!
Brain Trick: Less new stuff = less memory = faster-feeling time.
2. Growing Up Makes Time Feel Faster
When you’re little, one year feels like FOREVER. But as you grow older, a year becomes just a small piece of your life pie.
So yeah… a year to a 10-year-old is huge, but to a 16-year-old? Meh. Just a couple of memes and some pizza.
Name of This Trick: Proportional Time Theory
3. Too Much Info = Time Overload!
TikTok, YouTube, games, texts, homework, cat videos… Your brain is like, “AHH TOO MUCH STUFF!”
This super-speedy lifestyle crams so much into your day that your brain barely has time to process it. That makes time feel like it’s zooming.
> Brain Status: Overloaded and dizzy 😵💫
4. We Lost the “Fun Time” Moments**
The Greeks had two words for time:
- Chronos – boring, clock time
- Kairos – magical, meaningful moments
After the pandemic, we’ve had LOTS of Chronos, but not much Kairos no random adventures or giant cake fights. And guess what? Time feels slow when it’s boring and fast when it’s fun… but weirdly, we remember fun time better!
More fun = more memory = time feels richer, not faster.
5. Even the Universe Says Time Is Weird
Einstein said time moves slower when you go super fast or get close to a black hole. Astronauts and galaxies experience “time dilation,” where one person’s second could be another person’s hour!
Our daily life isn’t *that* extreme, but it reminds us: time isn’t one-size-fits-all. It’s stretchy and strange just like socks after a nap.
Time is flexible, like slime!
So… Is Time Broken? well idk but
maybe your brain, your age, your screen habits, the pandemic, and even the universe are ALL playing tricks on how you feel time.
