The most expensive education will be in the state of Baden-Wuttenburg, where they introduced increased fees for foreigners (about 1500 EUR per year). However, every year there are more and more free programs in English at public universities in Germany, and there are many bachelor's programs. Czech Republic

Turin Polytechnic University is offering 39 TOPoliTO Scholarships to international students applying for study in 2022. The scholarship can be obtained by foreign students of the master's program entering one of the programs in different areas. The university offers a scholarship of 8,000€ per year, the scholarship will be paid for 2 years (duration of study in the master's program).
