These French courses are an online adaptation of the FSI French basic course.The are 2 main courses: French for beginners and Intermediate French. Each course includes 12 free french lessons. International students are invited to apply for Gates Cambridge Scholarships for the batch of 2022-2023. Each year Gates Cambridge offers 80 full-cost covering scholarships to outstanding applicants from countries outside the UK to pursue a full-time postgraduate degree in any subject available at the University of Cambridge. A Gates Cambridge Scholarship covers the full cost of studying at Cambridge. The Children's Village is a social institution for young people, which takes care of children and adolescents as a legal guardian. Volunteers help the staff with everyday tasks: picking up the children after school, cooking, cleaning up, playing and spending their free time. Volunteers live in one apartment with separate rooms for each person. The organization pays for the flight, accommodation, visa, insurance, travel costs and provides 230€ per month for food. 1. GRE (Graduate Record Exam)

🔹taken by individuals applying to various graduate and business school programs in the USA and other countries;

🔹available in over 160 countries;

🔹there’s a computer-based GRE (only option for India) that can be taken once every 21 days;

🔹no specific eligibility criteria for GRE, however, various universities that accept GRE scores have their own criteria of admission.

2. SAT

🔹Taken by high school juniors and seniors for admission to undergraduate courses;

🔹measures literacy, numeracy and writing skills, assesses how well the test takers analyze and solve problems — skills they learned in school that they will need in college;

🔹the test is administered under a tight time limit to help produce a range of scores;

🔹a good performance in SAT can increase the chances of getting admission to a highly ranked college and scholarships.

🔹can be taken up to five times a year;

🔹the average scores required for universities abroad varies; top-tier universities require at least 710, while middle-tier universities accept 600;

ACT

🔹Measures the skills of the students willing to get admission into undergraduate courses;

🔹has many types, including English, Math, Reading, Science;

🔹ACT scoring on each of the required subsections are averaged together for a final composite score. Most colleges and universities require a minimum composite of 24 before earning one a scholarship or award.

​​🌍Sustainability Leadership Program in the USA

UPG Sustainability Leadership is a movement that mobilizes individuals and organizations to support positive civic leadership in sustainability. It is a movement that encourages initiatives and empowers citizens at all levels to take active action to improve the world. UPG plans to train and certify 500 young leaders from around the world, 60 of whom will fly to an additional week-long experience on an island in the United States. The organizers will cover all expenses for the selected candidates. Candidates must be between the ages of 18 and 35 and have citizenship in any country.
