The CrossCulture Program (CCP) annually funds professionals and dedicated volunteers from 40 countries. During a two to three month internship in host organizations in Germany or partner countries, participants deepen their experience, establish new contacts and acquire intercultural communication skills. After returning to their day-to-day work activities, the participants implement the lessons learned in their organization.
