😴 Uyqudagi sikllar haqida bilasizmi?

Uyqu har biri 90 daqiqagacha davom etadigan takrorlanuvchi sikllardan iborat.

Biz har 90 daqiqada uyquning turli xil davomiylikdagi (tez va sekin uyqu fazalari) 5 bosqichidan oʼtamiz. Siklning oxiriga kelib, tana "qayta ishga tushadi" va shuning uchun sikl oxirida uygʼonish uning oʼrtasida uygʼonishdan koʼra osonroq.

😳 Xoʼsh, buni qanday amalga oshiramiz?
