hey everybody congrats u made it to the end of the day !!! woohooo !
dont feel bad for taking a break, you cant pull 100% of the time and that IS okay! just make sure to pick urself back up after your break :D
aft your break, promise that you will get up, pick up your pen, make yourself a nice drink and get back into studying
you dont have to study 5h a day but 30 mins or 1h is already enough!
in a few months time, you will be THANKING yourself for putting in the effort now
