Doesn't matter how good of a human you are, what your ethos, values or character are. If you're not earning, you won't have a say in most of the things going on in your life.
Not just outside circumstances—even at times, for your own life, you'll be told what is best for you.
And people will sugarcoat this. They'll say, “Money isn't everything,” “You don't need to prove anything to anyone,” blah blah shit.
But here's the reality:
Financial security gives you a certain degree of dignity, independence and, most importantly, the power to make your own choices.
The world is far more brutal than people like to admit. And trust me, it's bad—far worse than you can imagine.
Don't let yourself fall into that dirt.
