يتعقدون انه الاسباب:

1-microcirculation failure of vasa nervorum
2-ischemic neuropathy
3-infection
4-gentic
5-immunolgical causes

اغلب الحالات حيرجع طبيعي

Controlateral recurrence almos always benign
