بالبداية اسويله reduction under axillary block
وااسد ايدها grasp واحطلها traction
وراها شسوي؟
ادفع distal fregment من dorsally
واخلي الwrist بصورة flexation ,ulnar devation, and pronation
وراها اشوف رجع؟ اصور اشعة
من رجع احط

منين يبدي
Below Elbow to neck of metacarpal
ملاحظة: لازم نبتعد من exterme flexation and ulnar devation
بحيث 20 درجة كافية ميحتاج اكثر!
نبقي الايد يومين مرفوعة !
نبدي نحرك اصابع كلما اسرع كلما احسن!
اذا شفنا ورمت الاصابع كبل نفتح الbandage
اغلب الاحيان واكثرها يرجع طبيعي
