عندي حالة اسمها tênis elbow او اسمها الثاني lateral condylar tendonitis ودكتور سعد انطاها اسم ثالث مرض اللباخين 😂 …


احنا نعرف انه lateral comdyle مجلب بيها extensor muscle فنتيجة الإجهاد المستمر للعضلات.ذولي راح يصير tendonopathy راح يقود إلى tendonitis مما يسبب tenderness + pain بمنطقة L.epicondyle فهنا البيشنت يجي عنده الم من يشيل شي ثقيل بس ما يعرف يحدد المكان بالضبط فهنا انت لازم تحفز الالم فاطلب منه انه يسوي elbow extension وانت سويله wrist flexion (هسه انزل صوره توضح الكلام اكثر ) المهم بعد ما تشخص الحالة اطلب منه يترك الشغلات الي سببت المشكلة وحطله splint (مشد ) واذا صار inflammation احقنه corticosteroids او PRP واذا مافاد نلجأ لل surgery 🥱

🦋اما medial epicondylitis … ال medial epicondyl مجلب بيها pronator muscle فمن يصير tendonitis راح يسبب pain & tenderness بال medial epicondyle área فهنا راح افحص المريض اكوله سوي flexion elbow واني اسوي extension to wrist وادفع فراح يحس بالم …هذه الحالة علاجها نفس الفوك وطبعاً إذا ما فاد العلاج راح الجأ إلى surgical excision …

⭐️Cúbitus varus (less than 5 degree) 👉🏻malunion medial epicondyle fracture


⭐️Cubitus Valgus (more than 15degree ) 👉🏻non union lateral epicondyle fracture + ulnar nerve deviation

💕هذه سألني بيها سعد مبارك بوقتها كولت انسوي osteótomy فكلت نكسر ايده وبعدين نجيب عظم مثلث من اي عظم من عظام الجسم الخ كال يعني منين كولت له من iliac crest 🥹🥹 فهو كال هذا كله تسوينه وين 😂😂😂 كولت له بغرفة العمليات غير 😂😂😂🤣😂
