هنا راح يتراكم Úric acid بالمنطقة او الفيميل الي يلبسون كعب عالي او أحذية ضيقة راح يصير عندهم هذه الحالة بس لحد الان سبببها idiopathic فهنا المريض راح يحس بالم بكعب الرجل خصوصاً الصبح لكن من يمشي راح يروح الالم وكذلك من يرتاح ويكوم يمشي وره الراحة همات يحس بالم …… هذا علاجه فقط NSAID, steroid نادرآ جداً تسوي surgery
