آخر شي ال calcaneum fracture هذا ناتج من السقوط من مرتفع او crush injury راح يكون مصحوب ب pelvic /spin injury فلازم تحط هذا الشي فبالك وتسوي MRI,CT طبعاً هو نوعين :
♻️ exterarticular 👉🏻very easy treatment and good prognosis ,treated by conservative bandage (after swelling relief)
♻️intra-articular 👉🏻bad fractures may be communed 🥲 need to ORIF.

ال club foot هنا صار inversion to foot & flexion to ankle سبب short tendon Achilles & posterior tibilis وكذلك long toe flexor بالضبط صايرة نفس مخالب الصقر (طبعًا هذه صورة لكيس من كيسات د.احمد عبد الرزاق ) العلاج لهذه الحالة شرحه الدكتور بس طلعت حاذفة الريكورد 😂😂😂 علاجه راح اثبت الرجل بcast وكل مدة اجدد هذه cast .ونلبس الطفل splint على هيئة shoes ……… احمد لطيف بملزمته منوه انه الsurgery خيار فاشل إذا تسوي
