تصير غالباً بلlong bone
وين اكثر شيء shaft of tibia(diaphysis)

مميز من يجي كيس pain at night وبل tibia فكر بيه

Giant osteoid osteoma (osteoblastoma)
مالة قابلية يتحول الى malignant
نفس الostioid osteoma قبل شوية حجينا عليها بس اكبر!
وتكون موجودة بل
1-spine
2-flat bone👍🏻(hip,scapula…)
علاجة
نشيلة ونخلي grafting

الدكتور كال نحط مرات internal fixation
او cemen
بس نعاني من weak bone بصورة عامة😔

بالحالتين الفوك اذا جانت ممسوية asymptomatic ومصايرة جبيرة
فميحتاح نسويلها شيء
بس wait and see👍🏻

Enchomdroma
هو ممكن يتحول الى malignant
ويصيب metaphysis
بحيث من يسوي xray
Centrally placed radio lucent area at junction of metaphysis and diaphysis

وهي فكرته انه اكو كارتلج بهل مكان وصاير endochondral ossification

وممكن يصير pathologic fracture
والي يصيرله malignant
عمرة فوك 30 ويكون عده الم و تكبر lesion و cortical erosion
العلاج
Removed by curretage and bone graft or cemen graft

زين هو وين يصير اكثر شيء tubular bone of hands and feet

Central metaphysis وبل hand and feet👍🏻

-site:proximal epiphysis of long bone(not central)-femor , hemours,tibia

Curretage with bone graft

Central metaphysis=enchomdroma

Not central epiphysis=chondroblastoma

Eccentric metaphysis = chondromixfibroma
