Hypermetropia(طول النظر ):-
هنا راح تكون refractive & axial low لذلك focus point تكون خلف retina وراح اسميها far point ( وهي ابعد نقطة يكدر يشوف بيها بيشنت ) هذا همات أسبابه :-
▪️refractive hypermetropia
▪️axial hypermetropia (Decrease 1mm of axial=decrease 3mm of power refraction)
✨🦋هذا النوع يصير اكثر شي في الاطفآل وفي الغالب يكون وياه squint (حول ) لانه هنا حتى يحاول يثبت نظره راح يسوي accommodation [constraction cilliary muscle ] وهذا همات يكون على عدة انواع :-
🔰total hypermetropia
🔰 manifest hypermetropia
🔰latent hypermetropia (different between total & manifest hypermetropia)
⚡️🤍المريض راح يجي يعاني من غواشة بالرؤية الأشياء القريبة وكذلك ocular pain & headache بسبب excessive accommodation ..
✨هنا القطر مال العين راح يصغر 🤫 و anterior chamber راح تظهر بشكل شدو …
العلاج : همات اللبسه convex lens او اسوي له ليزك او PRK الخ …

Astigmatism:
باعوا العين بيها meridian هذا يمثل محاور (X,Y ) راح يصير لكل محور refractive point (focus point ) خاصة بي لذلك بastigmatism راح يكون multiple focus point فاني من اريد افحص راح اعتمد على two meridian line …(إذا كان بينهما right angle فهذا regular astigmatism يصحح بواسطة cylindrical lens ) واذا ماكو بينهم angle (يعني متوزعين عشوائي فهذا irregular وهذا مستحيل اكدر اسوي له correction by cylindrical lens ) …
Type of regular astigmatism:
⚡️simple hypermetropia: point on retina and other point behind retina
⚡️ Compound hypermetropic :all meradian behind retina
⚡️simple myotic : point front to retina and other point on retina
⚡️ compound metropia : all meridian front retina
⚡️mixed : point front retina and other point behind retina
