•abdominal mass يجيبوا
•pyrexia
•hematuria with pain(screaming)

Ct with constrast (the best)
يطلعلنا solid occupying lesion in kidney
Unilateral and sometimes bilateral 👍🏻
ندزه لابو pathologist
شحيشوف؟
Cut surface:greyish/pinkish white
Microscopic: epith+connective tissue
Metastasis my mri?
Bone brain lung liver👍🏻
فشنو نشخصة؟
Wilms tumour (nephroblastoma)
هو عبارة عن mixed tumour (epithelial + connective)
يجي من ؟ embryonic nephrogenic tissue
العلاج؟
Radical nephrectomy اذا ضارب كل الكلية
او partial nepherctomy
If small tumour
وهم مرات نستعمل radio-chemotherapy 👍🏻

•hematuria/clot colic
-loin mass/discomfort
وعنده left varicocele
اذا جان منتشر؟
Bone pain(to bone) cough,haemoptysis (lung)
Pyerxia/anemia/polycythemia
المميز hypercalcemia👀
نسويله احسن شيء ct with enhancements
واذا عده اعراض metastasis وحتلوا ماعده نسويله chest x ray
And istope bone scan
وراها نتاكد عده lesion بلrenal
ندزه لابو pathologist
Cut surface: yellow or dull white with area of haemorrhage/necrosis
Microscopic: clear cell/granular cell
Spread? To lung by cxr? Cannon ball shape
And to bone
Lymph node
Vein(left varicocele)
العلاج
ما يتعالج براديو او كيمو ثيرابي
والimmunotherapy interleukin 2 محدود الاستخدام
لعد شلون نعالجة؟
1-radical nephroctomy
2-partial nephroctomy
3-arterial emoblization
4- cryotherapy
