Unilateral and sometimes bilateral 👍🏻
ندزه لابو pathologist
شحيشوف؟
Cut surface:greyish/pinkish white
Microscopic: epith+connective tissue
Metastasis my mri?
Bone brain lung liver👍🏻
فشنو نشخصة؟
Wilms tumour (nephroblastoma)
هو عبارة عن mixed tumour (epithelial + connective)
يجي من ؟ embryonic nephrogenic tissue
العلاج؟
Radical nephrectomy اذا ضارب كل الكلية
او partial nepherctomy
If small tumour
وهم مرات نستعمل radio-chemotherapy 👍🏻
