من شرحت د. زينب عبد الأمير vulva disease كان من ضمنهم bartholin abscess وكالت البيشنت راح تجي عندها history of infection وبعد فتره بلش عندها :-
▫️libia swelling
▫️fever , pain
اول شي افتح cyst بشكل Linear incision وراها اسوي drainage to abscess بعدها راح اخيط الcyst border ويه near wall وابقي المريضة على antibiotic لمدة اسبوع 🤝🏻

فمن سويت اكزامنيشن شفت عندها bartholin abscess راح تطمن المريضة وتشرح لها الحالة فراح تسوي Marsupialization الي هي تشمل 👇🏻👇🏻
اول شي افتح cyst بشكل Linear incision وراها اسوي drainage to abscess بعدها راح اخيط الcyst border ويه near wall وابقي المريضة على antibiotic لمدة اسبوع 🤝🏻

ال Cervical conization هنا راح اقطع part of cervix بواسطة ablation هذه شرحناها في cervical disease إذا تذكرون بس هذه مكروهة لانه تسبب :-
▫️infection
▫️haemorrhage
▫️cervical stenosis
▫️cervical incompetence , infertility
👉🏻micro-lesion
👉🏻lesion don’t clear by colposcopy
👉🏻Large lesions not amenable to local measures
👉🏻disease don’t response to therapy (postive cytology)

🦋احنا اخذنا من اسباب recurrent miscarriage هو cervical incompetence فهنا شلون تحل هذه المشكلة عن طريق cerclage ( ربط عنق الرحم ) احط في الأسبوع 12-16 من الحمل واشيله في الأسبوع 37 من الحمل … لكن حط فبالك هذا بي complication مثل :-

🔹rupture membrane
🔹risk of anaesthesia
