Complication of misopristol:
-infection
-bleeding
-rupture uterus
-failure
-incomplete abortion

علاجات الاجهاض راح اكتب شيء كلش مختصر عنها
1-misoprostol 200ug
Oral -vaginally-sublingual -bucal -rectal
ينطي بفترة 10-24 week من GA
ورة يومين يسقط

2-Mifepristone 200mg
هو عبارة عن antiprogesterone
7-10week of GA ويشتغل ورة يوم او يومين
وانطي وياه methotraxate حتى اصير مجرم واقتل الطفل🤣

3- suction curretage
امن واحسن طريقة مستخدمة واكثر انتشاراً
14-16 week of gestaion

شكد سهل تكتل انسان
بس تدرس ٦ سنين حتى تحاول ولو بنسبة قليلة تطول من حياته😂😂😂
