💕 كاعد بالاستشارية أجتك فيميل هيجي شكلها يعني sever hirsutism فانت اول خطوة تسويها راح ادزها على تحليل testestrone لانه راح يبين وظيفة ovary & adrenal gland إذا طلعت نسبته اكثر من 200 راح ادز المريض على :-
💕 ولكن إذا طلع testosterone اقل من 200 فهنا شخصها PCOS خصوصاً إذا عندها an ovulation
….
فاني بعد ما شخصت الحالة راح أنطي علاج للhirsutism:
🔹cyproterone
🔹spirolactone
🔹flutamide
🔹ketoconazole
🔹eflornithine cream
🔹GnHR ,Yasmin
🔹corticosteroid
🔹metformin
…..
DHEA 👉🏻 if was more than 700 👉🏻CT to diagnosis adrenal tumor
DHEA 👉🏻if was normal 👉🏻US to diagnosis androgen release ovarian tumor
DHEA 👉🏻if was moderated 👉🏻 PCOs or adrenal hyperplasia
💕 ولكن إذا طلع testosterone اقل من 200 فهنا شخصها PCOS خصوصاً إذا عندها an ovulation
