A- non hormonal نستخدمهن مافاد 3 اشهر اوكفه واستعمل الهرمونال!
1-NSAID (mefanamic acid^ponstan^,ibuprofen,diclofenac^voltaren^)
يقلل من النزيف 20-30%
و70% للي عدهم Menorrhagia
ويستخدم للمرأة الي عدها IUCD non hormonal and cooper
وكذلك يستخدم لل dysmenorrhea
يستخدم باول يوم من الدورة ولمدة 5 ايام او لحد ما تنكطع الدورة!

2-Anti fibrinolytic (tranxemic acid^cyklokapran^)
